    Honestly before I started hormones I was so scared of bulking up muscle since I'm AMAB; but once I was on E it kind of hit me that like Oh shit.. i should start taking care of my girl body now huh lmao. Exercise releases endorphins and regulates seratonin too; it makes you objectively happier. Exercise doesn't always mean lifting weights, it's yoga and squats and jogging too, all of which I love. At one point I was on the treadmill running almost 2 miles a day and I could wake up easier, walk easier, etc. I also noticed that when I started doing planking my waist started to get toned and oh my G o d my waist got TINY. Spot fat loss isnt a realistic thing but spot building muscle and toning 100% is and it can be super powerful to shape your body in ways you want. Just one word of advice, if anyone reading this is on E and thinking of starting a workout routine, make sure you get a sports bra because straight up. you'll be in pain with every step if you dont lmfao.
