3:00 So, not living in a “profoundly sick society”… got it… it’s just you. 🙄 Man, I’m so sick of the “health” industry… and all of these doctors, shrinks, coaches and companies that are making big bucks off of people who can’t sleep… the new apps, the herbs, the blackout curtains, the blankets, pillows, beds, etc etc etc…
I would say eat light,get off social media,spend time outside during the day,limit caffeine.
So what are the six things to avoid? Scary or stimulating movies, alcohol, large meal, disruptive sleep partner, not having a dark or quiet bedroom, being blind...
