Thank you Ken. I was doing the spiritual thing long before I knew about EFT (actually before EFT even existed.) I found it to be a very useful tool for many and it was conflicting with spiritual practice at all. EFT is. not the ultimate but one of the many helpful aids we can use on the spiritual path.
