Gp, i did this video recommended to me. I’ve done a LOT of energy work including being a practioner and helping others while still always in a loop of wanting to release everything at all times and this video helped me lot. (When i release stuff i burp) as i was doing this video every time sometime popped up I’d burp or yawn.. which btw was a LOT lol. Lot of shifting. Easier to stay present with a reduction of the feeling of being addicted to wanting to constant release and fix myself 👏

Great and thank you G, this tapping without repetition is very effective, 🎯🎯🎯I felt that I could be more present with my own conditioning and that hidden content was brought to light. After some tapping in my dreams, it came out that I was criticized all my life by almost all family members just because I was different.❤

This one created the most involuntary movements in my body of any tapping video. Setting aside the reason it's there revealed reasons for it's being there I hadn't expected.

I do have a big resistance when saying these words. It seems impossible to belive them and to feel that love and acceptance. Even doing this tapping, there's a thought in the back of my mind that i do this so i can fix myself, and i must be doing something wrong as i don't see any results.

I've been doing EFT for years probably a few thousand times via youtube and this clip captures everything I felt a big shift! Thanks from the bottom of my heart ❤️

In my life, it never felt safe to love or accept myself, and even tryng to do a tapping session that involves saying those words just make me feel worse. Doing the presence tapping without those words makes it much easier for the body to relax. I like that you use a different approach G.P. thank you for these videos ❤
