    Namaste G - I like this tapping!, however You probably don't know YT gave here ads - I can deal with that, just stop for a moment, open eyes without going out of within to click when it's possible - just wanted You to know.... ❤

      Yes I know about that. I have no control. They do it without my consent. They want you to upgrade to the paid subscription. It does seem to happen more often on mobile devices than when watching them on a computer.

    Thank u and this is very profound way to connect witb the now. Would u be able to support with how to release the emotional numbness that one uses as a way to cope and avoid painful situation. Thank u

      Very good suggestion. There is always some (if not a lot) of disassociate that happens as a result of trauma. Just remember that it was created by the body/nervous system. It is not YOUR way of coping. It is in the body. You are not to blame. The body needs to discover that it is safe. Then the disassociation gets dropped. It is not an act of will but an act of self-love
