I am making my way back to all of my older Meridian tapping videos and re-editing them to focus more on the tapping and less on the explanation.

For a second i felt that freedom from all burdens of the mind, and it was so amazing and relaxing. I wish i could feel that for longer and keep that feeling.
You can! But it takes practice and a deeper spiritual understanding than meridian tapping can give. You might want to check out my other channel www.youtube.com/@TheSpiritualityChannel I cover all that there
That was lovely.. very effective! However the 2 pop up ads during it took me right out of the zone. I know those settings aren't always controllable but they lessen the experience.
Unfortunately they are not controllable at all. RUclips puts them in and I have no say and they don't pay me anything to do it. It's part of their terms of service. They want you to upgrade to the premium program.
I download the video and there are no interuptions from pop adds.
