It is amazing to recognize isn't it? But that recognition is also the cure. These things operate unconsciously but once they become conscious their days are numbered.

This was a difficult one. Didn't even realised how much i punish myself for not being as i think, or told to be as i should be.

Yes I know and I can't do anything about it. It happens mostly on phones, not as much on the computer. They really want you to pay for premium.
