Some causes of frustration and anger are beyond our control, of course. But here are three sources of these unpleasant emotions that you have profound control over.

I rotate Reuteri and gaseri each week. My whole digestive system is working awesome but I’m not sure if it’s the bacteria or because I’m eating Whole Foods only. I get raw dairy and mix a spoon full of the yogurt into it. Also use the yogurt for making salad dressing and veggie dip. .

You are so right about gut health.
Just received Super Gut a few days ago. A few pages in and already super interesting. I don't know the lingo but I can say it's already making sense. I'm an HVAC GUY so what do I know about the gut other than it tells me when I'm hungry. Just turned 57 and been on you tube searching since March of 2023 for overall better health like first reversing type 2 diabetes.many vids from Dr. Eric Berg. I'm hoping that reprogramming my MicroBiome once corrected can thank me as well as I would thank them if only I could communicate with them. 🤔 wait maybe in a way I would be. Lol , thank you Dr. Davis for the work you do and I can't wait to see some changes for overall health soon.
It's a great journey to be on indeed! Anyone dealing with diabetes should look into a ketogenic or carnivore diet as well because the evidence it reverses this is amazing and profound.
The L Reuteri yogurt is absolutely amazing and the only probiotic that I have ever felt any form of results from. It's a life-changer. It does everything you've said it would!
How quickly did you start to notice positive results from the yogurt? Do you only make L. Reuteri or other yogurts, as well?
@bartginger123 within 2 hours I felt a difference and it only gets better from there. I've made b infantis and then I've mixed that with l Reuteri and I definitely like the solo L Reuteri better. I might be crazy but the b infantis somewhat put the brakes on the feel good effect of L Reuteri.
@@JohnnyCarnivore Thanks for such a prompt reply. I wasn't sure if your benefits were physical or emotional. 2 hours! Wow! How much do you eat in a day?
@bartginger123 4oz to 8oz. The benefits were increased mood, gut issues completely resolved (day 3), super sleep, unbelievable motivation, anxiety and depression (was very mild) vanished (day 3ish), funny things hit you incredibly strong and laughter is amazing, and I'm sure there's a lot of other things. Also, you can't help but to always be smiling.
@@bartginger123I’ve been making it for 9 months straight. The serving size per day is 4 ounces. The taste makes it easier to eat much more.
I can't wait to get started on L-Reuteri "yogurt:! I did make an initial batch recently, but only have a constant temperature yogurt maker....Needless to say, it came out terrible! Since the Luvele yogurt maker won't be available for another month or so, I plan to purchase whatever the next best yogurt maker is, with adjustable temperature control....Thank you so much, Dr. Davis!
Thanks , always very useful information thank you 😊
Thank you! I think your research is spot on and the yogurt is delicious and amazing. I have a batch of l.gasseri yogurt going now as well to experiment with that. Been making my own kefir and fermented vegetables including sauerkraut for many years. I'm just curious, referring to one of your other videos, did you determine Reuteri benefits were strain specific?
Dr Davis can L reuteri help with people with graves Hyperthyroidism disease?
Firstly many thanks to Dr Davis for everything, all your valuable information has made huge difference to my and my family health. May I ask you , I know is not really related to the current topic, regarding making L reuteri, may I use almond milk instead of half and half as it is very difficult to get organic milk at my hometown. Many thanks
Sounds too good to be true. The answer to my prayers just like the other 2 million health videos I've seen and tried that did nothing. The dairy was easy and taste alright but I never got the coconut milk to work.
Thank you 🙏🏽

Hi Dr. Davis,
One of your peers Dr. William Li is saying homemade sour dough has L. Reuteri as the active ingredient always. Pretty hard to hear him mislead people with his bread discussion...? In his discussion says that 400 F cooking of the bread does not harm it at all.
I appreciate your desire to give honest health tips that are through study and testing.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Dave
It's post biotics in bread that will help us.

@@Sanatan_Truth_1 As I have been trying for months to understand some of these things in just wreaks me to think that the science of what Dr. Davis is sharing is so quickly compromised by others that have not done the legwork. Thanks for sharing and letting me know. It appeared that Dr. Li was merely supposing that "all sour dough fermentations" would produce subsequent amounts of L. Ruatari and therefore makes this bread super healthy. His inferance was that all the studies he had done in college could then be true through simply eat homemade sourdough bread.

That happens due to it over populating with good bacteria forcing the bad out. My thoughts anyway
Holy crap
Can SIBO (and/or even SIFO) contribute to instances of spontaneous combustion?
Goober! 😂
In a word?..YES.
How do you feel about incorporating free form amino acids in healing the gut biome along with the protocol in your book super gut
My question is can we combine different bacterias in our fermented dairy? I've been making the l. reuteri for about a month now and eventually want to start making the SIBO recipe, too, and would love it if I could just add the additional bacteria to the batch and slightly adjust the temperature so both could be happy?? Anyone know if that's possible?
there is a channel of a lady who does that at 104 Fahrenheit. Search for how i make super sibo yoghurt indigo nili. it’s a 19 minute video. I would also advise you to just make it separately as the coagulans yields better result at higher temperatures and then you can just mix the two yoghurts if you want or keep them separate and have a bit of each
Please speak more on SIFO. 🙏💙

Hi sir , I am from India , we don't use yoghurt marker here in India , we make normal curd and i came out thick and pretty well for our climate, can I make your yogurt without yogurt maker
You can make the yogurt without a yogurt maker, but the temperature must be kept around 100 degrees (no more than 105) and must ferment for 36 hours. I use a sous-vide immersion circulator in a pot of warm water, some people an Instant Pot, I'm sure there are other ways to achieve 100 degrees in water for 36 hrs.
@strawberrygirl8572 any other ways? We just make the curd in a lukewarm milk
@@lavancrafts3930 can you set your oven to 100 fahrenheit? That works, too. It must stay steady at that temp for 36 hours.

@@strawberrygirl8572 another doubt can I make this in a normal curd maker which doesn't has temperature settings in it
What is a good substitute for the L Reuteri yogurt if you are a person that cannot tolerate dairy? Is there another way to culture and consume this probiotic? Does it work if added when fermenting vegetables?
google "sibo yogurt coconut milk"
Some people have made it with coconut milk but can’t just be any coconut milk. I’m currently researching this. I think he has a recipe in a blog.
@ thank you for the suggestion!
Can’t you just eat the l reuteri tablet alone instead of making it into yogurt ?
The lactose is consumed during fermentation. You will be fine to consume it
I have a question, I have no idea if Dr. Davis has an email address for consumers. I am in the US, I do not have SIBO, I was just cleared of H.Pylori on a 14 day treatment which I believe has destroyed my microbiome. The ulcer that was discovered by my GI Doctor might be healing now. I still have some slow digestive process and it feels like my stomach continues to bother me, not as much as it did before I started the treatment, but enough to make me remember I am still healing. This will sound a little silly, I would like to know if anybody on this video or even Dr. Davis can tell me if this preparation will help me radically,or will bring my gut to a normal level, like it was before. I see a lot of people with a SIBO issues, I hope all of you recover successfuly. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. The equipment and the products are a little expensive but well worth it if I am going to cure my gut. Thank you and God Bless!!
I had to be on two courses of strong antibiotics over the summer and into October and they always mess up my gut so badly. My stomach was hurting so much I could hardly eat, pain all the time, especially at night. I started taking digestive enzymes again, which have always helped me, and got Dr. Davis's Super Gut book, started making the l. reuteri yogurt and within about three days my tummy pain was gone and I felt so much better. I'm eating half a cup a day of the yogurt (fermented dairy, I just go ahead and call it yogurt) and plan on adding his sibo yogurt eventually, too. I also used to make my own dairy kefir and am going to follow his recipe for kefir in his book and get into that again. So far, just digestive enzymes at my main meal during the day and the l. reuteri fermented dairy once a day has worked wonders for me.
Oh! Now we know what's going on with a certain political party! OK, I know this applies to all of us....I must need some L-Reuteri! : )
Question was wondering I made the yogurt and it was in the fridge little over two weeks and feel like it was starting to spoil by the smell had to throw it out how long Exactly does it stay fresh in the fridge
According to his book, 4 weeks.
It's meant to be eaten not to be kept sitting in the fridge for weeks...

I make it at 108 degrees for 36 hours. All the same, Inulin + 1 quart 1/2 and half. The starter is a capsule from Mercola brand.
These instructions are taken from Super Gut. This turns out thick and about the consistency of cream cheese.

Has anyone suffered from Mast Cell Activasion. It triggers histamine issues and allergies, intolerances. Has the reuteri yoghurt helped at all.
Yes i do.I started the Reuteri and developed pretty bad Eczema on both hands about a week after starting.Very discouraging i must admit but i'm not giving up.
@MisterBlue80 Is that a common issue when first using the Reuteri "yoghurt" ?
Dr Davis, or ANYONE here who can help, please, I'm making the Reuteri but I don't like the taste. I'm using organic half & half & artichoke inulin. Are there other probiotic types I can add & will it help the taste? Thank you!
@@suziesmith2142 I add some sugar free jam to mine when I take out some to eat. I also mix in granola sometimes. I have made pimiento and cheese and used the yogurt, with a little sweetener, for the mayo. A dash of salt will cut the tartness or bitterness as well.
@JLang-bn3hs Thank you 😊 I also called the manufacturer and they said that the "Food For Gut" L-Reuteri I'm using doesn't need the inulin powder so I will try that. I usually defrost some organic blueberries, maybe cut up some apple, add ground flaxseed & pumpkin Ketola. It's seeds & coconut flavor with erythritol- no sugar but the yogurt tastes yucky so I usually mix it with Fage plain Greek to make it all taste good. I want the yogurt itself fo taste good! Thanks so much for your suggestions 💖
@@suziesmith2142 Granulated sugar works fine for the inulin replacement. The bacteria digest it so it doesn’t add any calories or cause insulin spike. I don’t think the taste will change no matter what we do. I tried the coconut milk and it wasn’t much better of a flavor.
Use potato strach instead of artichoke insulin. It makes a fairly neutral taste; just a little cheesy but gets better with each day in the fridge ( i use mine up to 7 days).
L ruteri doesnt work for everyone .
Is it ok to just take the L Ruturi in the pill form

It's not sweet at all. I imagine most the lactose and starch, inulin, used to feed the reuteri are used up. Been making and eating it for 3 weeks and it's absolutely delicious. I'm relatively healthy anyway but have a greater sense of well-being and my skin does seem better.

I'm only doing the l. Rueteri only yogurt at only the half cup a day to start and still.. 🙆♂️🤷♂️
I can only tell you this information from GAPS perspective, not this particular yogurt, but pretty much any probiotic food. You have to start with a maximum of one teaspoon per day and slowly work up to your desired goal, one cup per day. Otherwise you can have massive "die off reactions". Some people are so sensitive, that only one drop per day is the ideal starting dose! So if you have die off reactions from one teaspoon, then have a week or two break and after start it with one drop a day only. It is also ideal to mix any fermented food into room temperature chicken soup, meat soup to start with, easier on your gut.
One entire cup of fermented food suddenly introduced can cause havoc, massive die off reactions. Slow down, intoduce it in small portions and gently work it up to one cup a day portion. Hope this helps.
@littlefarmer1303 Thank you!
I take chlorphyl later in the day and it binds with the toxins. In a month it has cleared up my psoriasis. I did have some gut problems the first few days. @Sanatan_Truth_1 Thanks for the info! If the subsequent batches did not have much L Reuteri, then did he find out which strain of bacteria was in the yogurt? I’m assuming he made new batches of yogurt using a couple of tablespoons from the previous batch. And it was those subsequent batches that had lower levels of L Reuteri? I wonder what other microbe took its place or was it just lower levels? This is very interesting and you’re lucky to have a friend like that!
