Oh yeah, I got a check up the other day after following Super Gut protocols for over a year. Vitamin D is 80; Triglycerides 57 & CT for coronary calcium = 0. Woohoo! Yay Good!
Dr Davis it would help if you spoke slower and in lamer terms. I’m autistic and I’m struggling to process your information. Just a thought, and thank you. The yogurt is amazing. It even helps me with my neuropathy. I no longer hunch due to pain. My tummy is so much happier, again thank you, thank you, thank you, so, so, so much.
My digestion after years of gluten damage is starting to do better on your L Reuteri yogurt. I use my New Wave oven to make mine. I experimented with a cooking thermometer. I use a pyrex bowl covered with plastic wrap and a plate. I set the temp. at 105 degrees.
Love it man. Taking tons of your yogurt. I need this gut to work again The strain are from Amazon... Waiting for your model Thanks man, love your book and your human wording Keep it up Keep you posted!
Can I ask, what is the evidence that SIBO is a driver of coronary atherosclerosis? And if that is the case, what is the mechanism by which that happens?
Hi Dr. Davis, I have this annoying ear/sinus infection that comes every 7 months or so. I’m an avid pool swimmer and to get rid of it, I took many times Amoxicillin and Dyxocline antibiotics and I’m sure my L. Ruteiri is gone. Do you think the home made yogurt can help me with this problem? Thanks!
Any comment on fish oil supplememt and rancidity ? I actually buy cans of mackerel a d sardines ...any comment if these are better than supplememts from a rancidity perspective
What about the susceptibility of omega 3's to oxidation? What is the mechanism by which the omega 3's avoid being oxidized to toxic by-products inside the body, never mind the problem of keeping them from being oxidized during their production and distribution. Also, did you not mention the recent studies which show undesirable outcomes from omega-3 intake?

Recent studies found that berberine could inhibit both the proliferation and apoptosis of VSMCs induced by mechanical stretch stress simultaneously, which suggests that berberine might be an excellent drug to treat atherosclerosis.
I started making your l reuteri yogurt a couple of weeks ago, I was wondering approximately how long do I eat 1/2 cup a day for until gut health is restored? I am on the ketogenic diet and it seems to be knocking me out of ketosis.

Click on the gear shaped icon and you can then select Speed. You can then slow the video down.
Would captions help?
Hunch due to pain from back pain or abdominal pain?

Every expert has different explanation whom to believe?
Don’t “believe”. That smacks of religion. Get informed and make your own decision

From what I've heard, it takes 30 days to be effective. Then, you continue taking it daily, just like any supplement.
@ thanks for the reply
