Cheater: almost 10 yrs ago and it's better 😢 but the guilt/shame is still plaguing me. Crying spells, anxiety and triggers of regret . Can't talk to spouse because it triggers pain in him. I feel very alone & ashamed.

Unfaithful... My relationship with God is my biggest pain, I feel dry on a deep sorrow internally on top of the wrecking that I permitted in my home
My partner is a sex and porn addict. No pysical but it took me a year after kicking him out. Ive had counseling and it helped me deal with the partner .we now communicate and were stronger than ever. But the pain affected my self esteem. I thank god it wasnt physical but i know some times even after so many lies were spoken when i would catch him. All my friends and family said i was stupid forcstaying but the healing now has put more trust in
This is very true. I am sitting here listening and hating myself. I am the one who cheated and then even after my husband found out, i kept a friendship with the cheating partner. My husband found that out too. I have cut ties with the cheating partner but we work together. I have made it very clear that it is over and am trying to prove to my husband that it is over. I have the conversations with myself all the time. I know i hurt my family. I am still working on the why i cheated and why i kept a friendship going. I feel very alone in all this and dont always feel like i can talk to my husband. We want to stay together and work things out.

I’m the cheater. I got pregnant and now have a baby by the other man. It’s such a bittersweet situation. Hoping we can reconcile but mentally preparing to be left alone. :(

My husband had an affair on me. It was an on going affair, when I found out. It was the final straw among other issues in the marriage. After the divorce he married her. He said he was getting old and she was his only option.
