    • @victordemoraesdecastro422

      It's not possible to target any specific part of your body when it comes to losing fat. A combination of light exercise focusing on muscle/mind connection and simply paying attention to what you fuel your body with is the best way to achieve your goals. It is not easy but it is simple. You do not need motivation but you do need discipline. Always remember the phrase 'delayed gratification'. You have to work for your goals and it doesn't happen overnight but you can do it if you believe in yourself. Visualise what you want to achieve, whilst also remembering what you are trying to escape from ( a repaired and healthy body - a body that denies you your full capability. )
      The good news is that you've already found all the information you need to follow.
      You just now have to put it into action.
      Good luck, fellow human. You can do it :)

      @jude8223 Год назад +3

      To add to Dan’s advice…Cortisol is released with stress (Covid). That makes you crave sugars which ends up as visceral fat. Try intermittent fasting which gives you an ‘eating window’. Your body gets a digestive rest where it concentrates on toxic release. You lose weight easily if you cut out sugars and carbs. Keep moving with light exercises and your body will crave more. Prioritize exercise and treat it like something you must do every day, such as brushing your teeth and showering.

    • @suksikuuseen

      For the diastasis, I read that any movement that causes bulging can potentionally make it worse. This didn't do that for me atleast.
