This is a legitimate question, how do they earn if they have no fixed abode, and how do they fill in there self assessment, a further question for the health secretary, how do they get health care with no address, i was kicked out of my surgery after 25 years due to moving 8 miles away and didnt find it easy to register elsewhere, or maybe i was to old and starting to cost money the same money i have paid into the service for 50 + years, break the law bend the rules to your own advantage and life will treat you fine !!!
they work for themselves but pay NO taxes on what they earn, so 100% goes in their pockets. A LOT of travelers have family who own houses so they are registered as 'living' there OR just use it as a postal address. I lived and worked with travelers, they look after their own..... if you are the right side of them you are ok... but on the wrong side and I wouldn't want to be you.
