Kia ora David, I feel calm and centered after following this session. I have been practising Tai Chi off and on for many years and lost touch with my tutor over the past few. So glad that I've discovered your Tai Chi videos.

I just did this one, my first morning flow... at 2:30am (haven't been to bed yet). I was so glad that you said I didn't need to remember steps or if I did something backwards, it was okay. I bought your Tai Chi Flow DVD last September but a variety of life challenges has kept me from starting it on a regular basis. The notice came across my facebook feed and I decided to check out the Morning Flow on RUclips even though this is my before bed time. I had to drop a line and tell you how much I enjoyed it! Not having the internal pressure to get the steps right helped immensely and I now have a place to start. I will likely never make the live Morning Flow shows but I am making them part of my before bed routine. I know this was an extra energy show today but I'm kind of backwards and I feel relaxed, peaceful and like I'll actually be able to sleep when I go to bed. Thank you!

Susan thank you so much - I'm delighted that you loved the routine! You know - sometimes Tai Chi does also make you feel relaxed. The actual effect of Tai Chi is to balance out our energy flow. When that happens, it washes away fatigue and you feel like you have more energy. Or - it can calm your hyperactive nervous system and help you get a deep restful sleep.

Yo Dave, I wanna say my favourite music for tai chi was simple acoustic guitar sounds. O nd I think it provides energy. I must mention that all of your body stretches are done also. I am into tai chi almost every day and can’t get enough

Awesome. I do feel awesome, especially when we do something familiar. It soaks in bit by bit, more and more. Still, variety is excellent, too.
As for what more I'd like? I am and OLD lady and have more than a few aches and pains and diseases. I have a hunch that being more organized about my practice it would help.

How do I feel? I am a medium practitioner. What I feel now, in the late evening, is centered and calm and strong. In the morning, I usually feel more energized, but almost always "more calm" is it! Thank you.

Yo Dave, I had quite a nasty accident in the year 2007. To cut the story short, I now have a head injury, I started with tai chi as an activity with headway, the brain injury charity. I say about 6 days a week, I do your flow show. now tell me what first got U into tai chi?
