This workout is based on the famous "8-minute abs" circuit that follows the aerobic principle. In fact, you'll see that there's no cool down between one exercise and the next.
This workout method fully stimulates the rectus abdominis muscle and helps stimulate fatty tissue on your abs.
For best results, we suggest you do at least 28 minutes of cardio (running, bicycle, etc.) before starting this workout.

Deberias. De hacer un dia si un dia no y en los dias de en medio hacer otros ejercicios. No solo te concentres en el abdomen sino en todo tu cuerpo:)

I have been doing it now for some Weeks every day but I take 1 day a Eero for my muscle relax and I can feel the ABB all ready I do not see then yet but I can feel them

My way is like any other workout routines, one or two sets of warm up first before next 20 reps. This way, I work less but get more result, also less tiring. The idea is you are bumped up and eager for the next set, not oh! This is hell, can't way to get over it.

Hey! I am 18 and also want to do this. Did you succeed? If you haven't done it yet: i read somewherr that you need to rest 1 day, workout 1 day, rest 1 day... It would be awesome if you could respond! :)
janjanajan janana i did for couple of days i did feel some changes, so its not fake but i stoped you using it because i was lazy for it, but if you want it fast you your not suppose to rest between days, but its ok to take breaks
You do have to take breaks, because while you are training you're destorying your muscles and you have to rest them so they can heal.
your not destroying your muscles your strengthening them and yea you need breaks, but i said instant abs need no longer than 12 hours to rest, but if you don't want instant you can rest between days like tomorrow exercise and after tomorrow take break

Thing is love, when you are having a baby, it's the baby comes first, if you are not mentally ready then don't venture into this commitment. You workout too much to keep the fat down, you may develop complication.
