I've used a cheap rebounder with the elastic straps for years but since I bought a jumpsport with the bungy cords I could never follow the workouts because the bounce was so bad. So now that I'm 72 yrs old I can finally follow your workouts. I really liked this one even though all your other ones are great too. I was surprised I could follow along with a few variations and I have a bar for support when I need it. Thank you for all your videos!

First workout with my rebounder! Was way harder than I thought! Really good workout. I’ve traditionally been doing HIIT, Tabata, 4-5 mile power walking. Previously a long distance runner but had injuries so can’t do that any more. This is so much easier on you body but you still get the cardio and functional training! Love it!

Using a small trampoline I purchased, desperately needing to lose some weight, and needing inspiration and discipline, you were so easy to follow and clear with your instructions. You weren’t over the top with praise which some of the instructors are, (bit annoying). The balance of activities was perfect. I love the choices you made with the exercises on the trampoline. In particular the sprinting, which I’ve not seen in other videos from other people, and also the stretching at the end and the plank which I loved. I am 53 and slowly becoming a victim to a menopausal body, and I absolutely want to fight back. I really need your help, so I’m so glad I found you. Thank you thank you thank you! Lilly. ❤

with the gym closed, I have just bought mini trampoline. Do rebound at gym so to do this while I can't get to gym is great for me. A good workout will definitely get heart pumping

I've had a Bellicon for several years now and do just an easy bounce. I do Zumba and Body Pump. I did this workout today and wow did it make me feel out of shape. I made it through the whole thing but it was a really great workout. My 11 and 8 year old both tried it as well and LOVED It. Thanks so much for a fun and great workout!

You did an excellent job! Many of rebounding routines stop mid way with some off the rebounder moves which shut down all the benefits that rebounding offers. This is well done.

I am adding this to my rotation of bounce videos, the moves and presentation style are similar to others I've done but a little more challenging. For a first video I'd say it was pretty good, I was sweating buckets by the end! I too needed to grease the springs of my rebounder, it could probably benefit from doing again as it's still a bit noisy. Thanks for uploading.
@@sanfranfitness Slick presentation is desirable but it isn't everything, another rebounding video I use regularly has a case of the "hastily recorded during lockdown using a wobbly smartphone" but the quality of the content itself stands up. Keep up the good work!
What a great workout. I have the same loud springs so i just put loud music in the backround. Only missing more ab workouts in the end. Please do more rebounding wokouts 30 min. or longer. I subscribed.

Love your channel!! I would love more trampoline and cycling classes. Abs as well. Mixed in HITT cardio and even band classes. 30 sec intervals on spin bike and trampoline. Thank you😄
Brilliant class, had no energy this morning but I'm glad i did this one, it was hard for me today I deffo need to work on my leg strength cos those squats were a killer! Great and tough workout , felt those twists combined with ski jumps gosh and the jog in the middle really drained me! Thanks a mil :)

I have to say! This was one of the best workouts I've EVER done!! I was soooo happy you included stretching at the end because with most workouts, I have to do my own stretching before and after! Great cool down!! I just got out the shower laying down and my calves are on fire 😂😂

I love her non stop 30min workout. I hv done it for 2 consecutive days already on top of my morning jog routine. Just one suggestion, mayb should consider changing yr trampoline to the elastic kind because the spring is very noisy.

I made it through the whole thing but it was a really great workout. My 11 and 8 year old both tried it as well and LOVED It. Thanks so much for a fun and great workout!

You did an excellent job! Many of rebounding routines stop mid way with some off the rebounder moves which shut down all the benefits that rebounding offers. This is well done.

I am adding this to my rotation of bounce videos, the moves and presentation style are similar to others I've done but a little more challenging. For a first video I'd say it was pretty good, I was sweating buckets by the end! I too needed to grease the springs of my rebounder, it could probably benefit from doing again as it's still a bit noisy. Thanks for uploading.

What a great workout. I have the same loud springs so i just put loud music in the backround. Only missing more ab workouts in the end. Please do more rebounding wokouts 30 min. or longer. I subscribed.

Brilliant class, had no energy this morning but I'm glad i did this one, it was hard for me today I deffo need to work on my leg strength cos those squats were a killer! Great and tough workout , felt those twists combined with ski jumps gosh and the jog in the middle really drained me! Thanks a mil :)

I have to say! This was one of the best workouts I've EVER done!! I was soooo happy you included stretching at the end because with most workouts, I have to do my own stretching before and after! Great cool down!! I just got out the shower laying down and my calves are on fire 😂😂

I love her non stop 30min workout. I hv done it for 2 consecutive days already on top of my morning jog routine. Just one suggestion, mayb should consider changing yr trampoline to the elastic kind because the spring is very noisy.
