      Same here
      I am doing daily from last 5 years and i am 31 right now. A housewife mother of 2 small kids and I am proud of myself that i am doing something for myself.

    ਚਲੋ ਜੀ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ।
    ਮੇਰੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ,ਦੋ ਬੇਟੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਬੇਟਾ, ਉਹ ਵੀ ਸਿਰਫ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ। ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਟਾਇਮ ਸੱਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੀਟ ਰਹਿਣ ਬਹੁਤ ਸ਼ੋਕ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਅਗਲੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਇਹ ਕਸਰਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਹੀ ਕਰਾਂਗੀ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਡੀਉ ਜਰੂਰ ਵੇਖਦੀਆਂ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁੱਝ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਜੀ

    i don't know if u know, how much influence u leave on people
    i envied to see u doing these exercise tried many times n it took me 1.5 yrs to be able to do strength training
    walk yoga to begin n now i m doing strength training for last three months(with a trainer ofcourse) it feels like a dream come true
    i m not doing for weight loss for sure but the feel of twist in every muscle ooh ouch makes me so happy😊

      Walk ya workout se takreeban half an hour pehle banana le otherwise khali stomach kare..normal workouts mein khali stomach bhi koi nuksan nahi hota
