Aapne bahut achchi 10 min. exercise batayi hai. tell how to plan for the whole week so that there is a balance between meditation and exercise and how much time should be given to both these activities

Finally such good and logical advice. I was just reading a vlog in which the girl lost about 14 kg in little over a month. Other vloggers are begging her for her diet plan and how she was able to lose so much weight. I feel very disheartened that wrong information is being passed on and many people desperate to lose weight will follow that girl’s diet plan. Many will try and fail and will get even more discouraged , and many will cause harm to their bodies by following this almost starvation diet. I really wish people wouldn’t be so gullible and shut off their brains and let someone else tell them what to eat and when. Clearly there is a lot of need for education especially education related to our bodies.What is good for us , what is bad for us , how exercise is an integral part of the weight loss process. I hope some of those girls come across your vlog and realize that losing so much weight in such a short time is nothing more than a gimmick. Weight loss is a slow but persistent process , and losing 14 kg in such a short time has to be harmful and totally unhealthy for our bodies.
