thanks for writing. Before starting to listen , #1 Tell what u want to talk about? then listen. Lead the conversation to topic u want to discuss. after that comes your list.
Robin one word to you THANK YOU. Your videos are great. Straight to the point. No half naked ladies prancing around, no hard sell, no beating around the bush, Just straight from your heart to the point. THANK YOU :-)
Some people have a philosophy that if they don't say it hard enough then a person won't learn. But as Dale Carnegie said, you might get what you want by twisting people's arm, but it will only create resentment. Robin Sharma is right: "You can say whatever you want as long as you say it with respect".
Robin, This is important and extremely helpful for me. Today, I made a tough decision to really share my truth with someone at work. It was tough. I learned so much though about being brave enough to have a tough conversation. I couldn't hold it in any longer. I had to be honest. I listened as well. I held myself accountable too. I honored the interaction. So watching your video just truly validates the importance of listening. Thank you!
Oh yes, this is so true, I have seen your videos as this has transformed me. I even saw the light in my challenging times.. years later I have realized whatever happened in my life is a blessing in disguise & we should be grateful for every season in our life. Crystal clear communication is so important. You have always been my beam of light in my hard times, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom coz I am sure whatever your doing has touched so many lives
This is so true! This is the key in the business I'm working in. If you're talking, you're not listening. We problem solvers and to know the problem, we need to listen. Brilliant! Thank you Robin! :)
And you have no idea what you mean to me! Sir, i've almost read all your books and the books you suggested in the book Mega Living. the 30 days of Mega Living has changed my life! The Monk Who Sold his Ferrari, Leadership Wisdom, Daily Inspiration, The greatness guide and Who will cry when you die these books be on the top list! you've literally shown me the meaning of life, what more could i even ask for :")
Our educational system doesn't teach critical thinking, kindness, unconditional love, that all humans are the same... one human race. I read that in China, the first two years of a child's education is how to be kind. Imagine, if America taught love, compassion, sharing, giving, self healing, healing the planet... Now, that would be a great world!
I feel so bad I didn't stand up for myself when someone at the gym disrespect my space at the gym, twice almost injuring me, walking on top of my training log and even topping over my drink without a care or an apology. I just moved away from him, I know if I had spoken up, other people would've had my back because he was clearly in the wrong. The responsible staff member apologised to me and said he was trying to control the situation. I'm not going to give my power away if it happens again. No more. I'm worthy of respect as I respect others too. Thank you Robin, I'm so grateful I've found you, and have been listening to your talks and it's very inspiring. Thank you again.
Your music that starts in the beginning and also ends brings so pleasantness and peace in our lives, my day used to start with your videos every morning for last 4 years. I got a break recently and I am going to restart watching your videos again. 🙏🏽👍🏽
Wow! I believe all those are really helpful.I've written down the most important facts and I will try to apply them in my daily life! I've been searching on google and youtube about being a good communicator and I realised that listening is the number one,the first you should do!
Communication what was holding me for so long adding up to my frustration and may be depression. I listen to this video everyone at work. Its helping me out.

Excellent video&thank you,so much!I do agree opened&respectful&loving communication is the most important in our life, and above all to be really heard&and to really hear the other makes the magic of our relationships, personal&business wise.
Honestly, there are points at which you need to assess when to and when not to bring up an issue though. Sometimes I hold back on small issues like little facts that arent worth correcting people in an anal way, like "hey did you see that green truck?"... "It was actually blue." or something like that, little facts etc, I find not worth opening up about because not everyone is mature enough to handle those criticisms or not everyone is mutually understanding, so it's good to assess when its good to actually bring it up. Hope this makes sense. Sometimes its simply not worth it, even if you are respectful, some people arent as conscious as you and then they respond negatively, which you can be patient about, but then you've just made things unecesarily difficult over small talk, as the example.
Lawrence Abbott I totally agree lol for me and my tribe its better for us to just begin our meal and they'll make their apology when they get there... sometimes in our busy lives things get in the way...just go with the flow. I prefer to not let expectations that are not met get me worked up...who cares... they're late oh well...moving forward...
Thank you SO KINDLY for this! After watching your videos I have noticed a build up in healthy self-esteem and confidence with goals I would like to achieve for myself and my family
Dear Robin, thanks a lot for your great work. I just finished reading, "The leader who had no title". Really helped me a lot. I just have one problem with communication though, I notice I tend to lisp whenever I have oral presentations. It is really embarrassing at times. I wish I could do something about it.
Well put together Robin. If possible I would love to request for a Mastery Session on the basics of communication framework or the framework of communication. Thanks again for being You.
👍Thanks a Lot fr sharing such valuable things regarding communication, world will b more beautiful & loving place if v apply these things said by you among ourselves. I hope i start applying these things in my life. Thank you once again!!💐

Robin Sharma is heavily underrated. People with vision and the will to become their best understand his value.
1. Listen deeply first
2. You can whatever you want so long as you say it with Respect
3. Be clear in your communication
4. Let it go.
Thank you so much

#2 is one of the things I have said to my kids... Once my kids say it with respect, I have permitted them to say anything to me. Very helpful.
You , have helped me so much in my life. Hope all is well. One day I will meet you. I’d hope. Everyone have a great day !
wow!!the way you spoke about speaking with respect is truly amazing!! please keep making this world a better place!!!

Thank you, Robin. You're awesome! I wish I would speak like that with that high level of respect! :) Greetings from UK
I wonder why schools dnt teach this to us
Why I have to be 29 years old to know these life changing facts
Our educational system doesn't teach critical thinking, kindness, unconditional love, that all humans are the same... one human race. I read that in China, the first two years of a child's education is how to be kind. Imagine, if America taught love, compassion, sharing, giving, self healing, healing the planet... Ya its so dissapointing that they dont teach these things
@@salonsharma5287yes, they teach only to remember things and write in exams. No practical and useful life knowledge...

Exactly. I guess it's like with proverbs ; they are to be taken with a pinch of salt. Ultimately, we have to be critical and adapt.
Yeah, totally agree on that. You don't have to talk about every small thing which wouldn't really matter all that much.
Thank you very much Robin Sharma ! These Videos are so helpful in life and at work ! Thanks a bunch Sir !
WOW!!!!! i dont have words for this. Thank you and God bless you
