I love the concept of the first 90 minutes. My only thing is I work at a place where I’m constantly on call throughout the day. It’s not impossible but is it OK if I put my project on hold handle things at work As they come around?

Of the day must be spent on physical exercise next 20 on meditation and another 20 on reading books/ podcasts etc. But here you are advising to do the most important task of the day which for me is-STUDYING ...so what should I do ? 90 rule after 20/20/20
Students shud always study as soon as they get up.Here I presume u shud follow 90 rule.
The 20/20/20 rule is for when you immediately wake up. The 90/90/1 rule is for the first hours of your day, after bathing, etc and you begin work.
