I knew a guy years ago that was the real deal, former Spetsnaz, he told me a few stories about guys he met through the years. They really do have secret training and techniques that make you damn near superhuman, not just martial arts techniques but other stuff, crazy stuff. They could teach you how to put yourself into emergency mode at will, like when you are suddenly in danger and your adrenaline starts pumping, like the Flight or Fight thing. There is a special way to breathe that increases your muscular endurance by quite a bit. Not everyone that goes into special operations is taught that type of stuff, only those at the highest level are shown the really crazy stuff.
