There was a spot at Allen Luddon's grave that looked disturbed awhile back just big enough for a urn, I think she is, but not certain. I live near there.
My favorite moments: “I’ve tried Betty.”-Gene Rayburn was always a hoot, and putting him with a flirt like Betty was why Betty was always the best 6th chair. “Poor Betty White” and “Stop all that kissing and pretense” were also great, with much love to Brett Somers. “Never do I have to explain.”-Self-aware Allen knows who the funny one is, but this time it’s he who kills the delivery. He instantly knows the answer. His laughter is infectious, and i love the way he instantly interrupts Bert to tell the exact same story Betty does. Probably my favorite of the Tattletales moments. “We’re you on The Price is Right?”-Jack (Paar right?) had me rolling with that one. And Any time Betty flirts in front of Allen.
That’s from a Password episode when it aired on ABC after Password on CBS and before Password Plus began yes! I don’t have the full episode and can only find little clips here and there from the ABC format unfortunately😔
Allen never lived at the Brentwood home. He spent 2 nights at their Carmel home be fore he passed. The Brentwood home is going to be torn down. That makes it even more sad
@@nancyholcomb7019 well, if Allen only spent 2 nights at the Carmel home, where did he live the rest of the time? Construction on the Carmel home was finished in 1981, and Allen, did indeed, only spend 2 nights there. When Password moved from NYC to CA, Allen and Betty moved to CA in 1968 and purchased the Brentwood home and moved in around August 1968. Adam Nedeff has written a book entitled "The Life (and Wife) of Allen Ludden." It's a great read.
1:53 real man moment right there, he went up to bat for his better half. don’t talk about my girl that way. he didn’t show it, but if somebody either copped the field or tried to make a play for her, if betty didn’t shut the guy down, and if Allen saw it, or if they dragged her, allen would be that dude to stand up front and get it on.
I keep coming back to watch this because they were so perfect for each other and both of them were so funny
i’m glad you like it so much ❤️ they’re the best!
I have watched this a few times since Betty went home. I pray she is with Allen. Thank you.

Allen & Betty's Brentwood home is now "Under Contract." such a sad ending for a beautiful home owned by 2 beautiful people.

At 1:26 betty's face has me done to rights, How are you that surprised
"Betty is now Mrs. Allen Ludden." Congratullations, Betty, you just lost your identity.
Ridiculous. Marrying your partner and taking his name is an honor. You don’t lose your identity if you know who you are. That’s just feminist bs.
And yet there she was. Smiling and giggling The picture of true happiness.
And here you are.
