Jason Bonham is probably in his early 40s. His father would have been proud of him. A great drumming performance. I also understand what you said about "whole lotta love". I first heard it in the UK when I was a lot younger than I am now. Probably in 1970. The music scene in the UK was pretty vibrant in those days, but even as a young lad that song stood out to me as having something extra that placed it above anything else.

I am similar, in general, regarding preference for "live" as opposed to studio recordings, but we all know if the quality is there on live recordings, the actual live performance is another order of magnitude better.
Bro this is good but you gotta check out either the studio versions or the live performances from their prime. By the time of this performance they were already "retired" as a band for 30+ years
"In there 40's or 50's here." LOL. This song came out in 1975 and this concert happened in 2007. Do the math and you will know they can't be that young here. One of the few Zeppelin songs I prefer the studio version. All the live versions have no violins in it and they are a big part of the song. Also, the earlier live versions were during Page's Heroine addiction and Plants voice was not at it's best. Also, the sound mixes are just off. This version is pretty good but there all in their 60's here. Except for Bonham's son of course.
