    This was so nice! I tried it after my dance practice and it really helped my back relax without feeling overstretched. Hopefully this time I won’t end up as stiff as usual. Thank you Uliana!!!

    I’ve come to really appreciate your videos. Even though I’ve been doing yoga a long time I always seem to learn something new from you. Like the technique of lengthening your spine and then going deeper into the stretch on the exhale really worked. Thank you.

    Which practice(s) do you recommend for shoulders and upper back? Since a month I work 24 hours a week sitting at a desk and my body is not happy with it
