    Girl....this workout burned sooooo bad, but felt so good at the same time. The 12 minutes felt like 20. 😩 Thanks for challenging me!!!

    Fabulous! A quick one but I was working HARD! :-) Thank you for such a challenging lunchtime work out (lunchtime for me). I could not do everything, but I will keep coming back to this one until I can do ALL of the exercises.

    Thank you Isa for this superb quick glutes and abs workout. 😊 I will definitely be repeating this practice again. Thank you also for the instruction for the roll up to drop the ribs to the hips ✔️👍 I got it thanks to your description I understand the connection 😊

    This is my favorite video, but the audio doesn't come through headphones, your voice is very distorted and it's only the music that is clear. When playing it through the phone speaker it sounds fine. I tested it with a few different devices and it's the same result unfortunately, but I still love your channel!
