    Love this. Your voice is so soothing and the scrub looks amazing. I like how you simplified how to make it. Some of the videos I've seen explain it in a way that is so complicated

    So happy to have run into your video. You have a new subbie here. I was looking for this texture as mine is either too hard and crumbly or too loose and runny. Love that you are straight to the point and you have a very soothing voice. Thank you!

    First awesome video and scrub. You are truly amazing. Can your base be used as a body butter/lotion if you leave out the stearic acid? And maybe add SCI form a foaming scrub? Please reply and thank you

      I would recommend using 92 degree coconut oil instead of the 76 degree coconut oil I use in my recipe. Hope that helps 🥰

    Very pretty! Do you ever include poly 80? Is it even necessary or does the e-wax fill that role of preventing staining of colorants?

    • @ssbyaki
      @ssbyaki  Год назад +2

      Poly 80 is best for scrubs that doesn’t have heavy oils and butters like coconut oil and shea butter. So no, I do not use poly 80. The e-wax is a better emulsifier for these heavy oils and butters and it still prevents staining from colorants 🥰

    Hi great Video!! Just a quick question, would the scrub make the floor slippery?

    • @ssbyaki
      @ssbyaki  4 месяца назад

      Thank you! And no it will not. Because it’s emulsified, it will not leave an oily residue on the floor.

    I made the scrub without adding stearic acid because I did not have it But the feeling of the scrub after showering is very greasy on the skin. What is the reason?

    • @BeaksUpSoapCo
      @BeaksUpSoapCo 5 месяцев назад +1

      oily or greasy? you want the stearic acid because it helps with the rinse off to prevent the greasy feeling.. this is description I pulled off google ( When used in anhydrous rinse-off products like cleansing balms or emulsified sugar scrubs, stearic acid thickens while maintaining excellent rinse-off (unlike true waxes, which can leave a tacky film behind)). hope this kinda helps. you do want the stearic acid
