Hi, i wonder what is the max gear temperature and oil temperature can go or safe for Gti? Mine 110 degree for gear and 115 degree for oil when going up, is it ok?
Thank you, YS Khong, for another entertaining video. What is the car mostly behind you? The one with the yellow fog lights. Is it a modified Suzuki Swift Sport? It looks to fight way above its standard performance. Would be great to see you test-driving it (if the possibility occurs).
Many cars can challenge us, but we are not racing. If you watch our videos, we actually slow down for cars , amd wait that split second or so to make sure of the front car trajectory before we overtake. Safety and degensive driving techniques are in full force all the time. Good drivers can see that. I am happy that the driving standards and skills of our drivers have improved. And often, the cars that come along are our friends and in our group, we always stress safety. Most times our friends have the ability to overtake, but they stay behind to keep the road safe so we can all have a good run. Many in my group have improved their driving skills over the years.
@@YSKhongDrivingPrice difference is just rm90k. You get more modes, AWD, more power. Plus, on 9 yr loan, only Rm1k extra only per mth. Plus better resale value and more potential hp from mods.
If the owner reads this to help calm your fear please take your cars to a race track and take part in a track day to fully appreciate what your cars can do. Uncle was only going 80% to keep a safety margin. Be someone who can afford to buy AND drive their cars properly 👍
Nice, hope he will overcome the fear! But uncle goes without saying, stay safe, I know you know, but for anyone reading treat this as a public service announcement, because you can never trust the actions of a driver you’ve never interacted before on public roads, always leave a margin of safety. On a track it’s different because you have space to read the “body language” of the other driver. Also on track people are much sharper and follow the rules much better because if they don’t the Marshalls flag you up and kick you out if it’s unsafe.
Pity those owners who willingly sacrifice their beloved cars to be trashed by Uncle sampai ada yg overheat. I wonder whats their repair bill or what problems they face afterwards. 😂 Also, a little observation uncle.. when you trash all new cars up Genting as part of your review whether the car is good or not.. how many percent of new car buyers drive like you up Genting? Most likely very low right? I enjoy watching you trash cars up Genting but maybe new car buyers will find it more relevant to review the car from a daily usage perspective. Nobody drives like a rally champion lah uncle.. we are always stuck in jam 😂. Most of the time we are worried about maintenance, spare parts, 2nd hand value and value for money. Anyways, keep on trashing cars up Genting and goodluck to the owner ❤
It is a 30km drive, the car will be fine. Considering the GTI is designed for literally the Autobahn where the average GTI is doing 150ks, im sure the 30kM to genting uphill is not even close to being a problem. Also there's nothing average about Uncle or the cars that he drives. No one is going to be making a video about dailying a Supra, Porsche or M4 because those cars will be expensive to drive even if you only weekend them, oil changes alone are already 1.5ks + and you have to service it regardless if you drive it or not
Great answers! Thank you. If you don't like this channel, go somewhere else. And I drive the cars within their limits. Imagine a title like this " Toyoya GR Yaris - Driven at 50 kmh up Genting"
@@YSKhongDriving No need be so defensive laa uncle. I follow your channel so long already 😂. Plus, you memang whack cars up Genting even family SUV like Tiggo, Omoda, X70 and many more. I'd like to see Uncle drive the steam roller in Genting😂
Hahaha. It will be a 2 day video, with a stopover at Awana hotel
This guy has damn a lot of cars for uncle to test out
Hahaha, seems like it, but no, he is a happy passenger.

Is okay, very good cooling. The Mk8 Golf has much improved cooling.

@@tyranalexis5199 on the Nurburgring I’m sure owners get up to around 130degrees before it becomes a hazard for the oil, so you’re fine 👌

It is a heavily modded Suzi turbo.

Yes, one of our friends on semi slicks
Who was driving the white car in front? He was quite good too. Can challenge uncle YS

I'm confused why we need a passenger in test drive?
I get lonely. He likes cars. We have many people requesting for taxi rides. It is up to us
Fast and agile.
can u put the meter display sir to the screen..so can see what speed the car goes to every corner
Too many keyboard warriors and vigilantes.
Don't. Otherwise uncle will receive lots of summons from jpj and police based on video proof.
Watching this, and thinking about the recent 2 Golf R videos going up Genting, this car is obviously struggling. Get the R.
Different price range, bro!

what i want in a car is only a sport rim with spinner logo. so that my car is at correct look while stop.
Get on shopee
Swift zai is calling his foreman for next stage mod... lol

Semi slicks help a lot
Uncle, you are scaring your passenger le
Many people lining up to be scared - strangely.
This or 330i g20 at genting uncle?
Yin Swan mate's answer will be neither.
The best car he had driven was the Toyota Celica GT Four ST185 (ex Carlos Sainz's WRC).
Hahaha - actually that has been outclassed by a little 1.6 lit turbo AWD weighing in at around 1270 kg.
Poor guy, your co driver...bozz u gonna make him pee in his pants😂😂😂
