after this coronavirus is calming down and we can go back to work, sanitation will always be first, I feel like clients are gonna ask the barber to clean the clippers first before getting cut😂
1986Glory Sanitation is what you need to learn to pass your Stateboard Exam for a barber L’s! It’s a good habit to keep cause you wouldn’t want nasty clippers on your head lol. Thank you!
Rubbing alcohol for disinfectant. But oil is needed for rust. Also most clippers only come with clipper oil but not clipper grease that is needed as well for the motor.
Darion Halliburton Cool Care (Disinfectant spray) is cost friendly! I’d rather have you use that cause it last a long time if your just an at home barber. Better safe than sorry👌🏽
Have you tried Mar-v-cide spray disinfectant? It disinfects your clipper in 20 seconds instead of waiting 10 minutes with the andis disinfectant spray.
I have that same andis trimmer you have but list the charger. Do you know what kind of charger it takes or if andis sells a replacement because I haven’t been able find it yet
Appreciate the support! Id go to a local barber supply store or check out Amazon. To look for a supply store near you try searching up the hashtags on IG or google
@@Arvinmalaca anotha question: Is there a better way to take off the clipper guards because everytime I take it off, the guard keeps scraping the bottom of the blade?I have the TPOB Candy(Slime 2) clippers by the way.
It’s meant to have a snug fit so it doesn’t fall off while cutting. Unfortunately that’s the only way I know of, if it helps try using guards with a plastic clip instead of an aluminum clip. It may ease the wear out overtime for your blade
No, Barbecide is made to disinfect combs, razor holders, & guards. If you put your clipper blades in quatz it will rust up, I’ve made this mistake before. Andis blade cleaner was made to disinfect your blades plus lubricate them.
This whole channel will help you, but tips to start... pick up a pair of clippers and liners, find family & friends to practice on and be consistent practicing on your faces and line ups! Watch RUclips videos, ask other barbers for tips and overtime you’ll be where you want to be
When you had the blade off, why didn't you soak it in isopropyl alcohol? No need for the can of blade care. You'd be good with the Cool Care can and the lubricating oil.
Willy Romo Clipper combs you’d have to use Barbecide. It’s a blue disinfectant that barbers use in a Jar. Brush off the hair, rinse with water and soap, insert in barbecide for 10mins then rinse with warm water and air dry
Pomade Talk Philippines Have a bowl at the bottom with you clipped running over it, keep spraying the side of the clipper as it will run down the other side of the blade
It can work but it’ll save you a lot more sprays by directly spraying onto the running tilted blade, it’s purpose is to clean out any hairs stuck between the blade as well as disinfecting and lubricating. No problem👌🏽
MrCampbell11 The lubrication isn’t to have the whole blade oily. It’s to lubricate the inner part of the blade so the blade is able to glide smoothly. If you weren’t cutting someone after doing this deep clean I’d say wipe it off so the oil doesn’t stick to clients scalp. If you leaving it overnight then keeping it oily is fine👍🏽

Should’ve used a white/clear bowl so we can see the cleaning in-action. Otherwise, great vid man!
Omg, I’m your biggest fan!
I'm glad you clean you clippers, Because most barbers don't properly clean there clippers.

For personal clippers would you recommend substitute the solution with alcohol instead ?? I’m not a barber just home use thanks

Fiddle Banks I haven’t! I’ve actually used Marvcide at barber school in a quats jar and it works well. Thanks for the help!

How long do I have to wait after applying blade care on the tools to use them on someone’s head?
Once blades are completely dry you can use them!

@@Arvinmalaca oh okay I thought I've seen blades and stuff in barbecide but thanks for informing me!
Yes. I use barricade. Go online and take their certification course. It's free and very informative.
How often do you clean? Like based on number of haircuts or after each one?
Any tips on how to start barbering ?

Lol
Bro wrapped his clipper cover 🤣🤣🤣
Can we do it without take it off the blade?
With the 5 in 1 or the 7 in 1 do we still use oil and grease ?
Kenneth Pollard You don’t necessarily have to since it’s a lubricant as well, but I still like to put some oil. It’s more of a personal preference
Can I do this with any clipper? Or are there clippers who aren't capable of withstanding the cleaning product?
Can i use desifectant??not special juice
Keep it up my guy you going to do big thangs!
That’s the plan! Thank you😌
Do you recommend that the Andis Slimline be zero gapped?
How often do you do this?
keko Honestly..it’s been a couple months since I’ve done it cause I’ve been super busy. But preferably every 2weeks to a month
Dose that work for the clipper combs also

Can you use the blade dip for the babyliss shavers ?
Great vid new sub🔥
lil TACO Appreciate you bro! Thank you🙏🏼

Pomade Talk Philippines Have a bowl at the bottom with you clipped running over it, keep spraying the side of the clipper as it will run down the other side of the blade

Is the cleaner the same as barbicide?
No barbicide is more for guards, combs, & straight razor holders. If you were to put a blade into barbicide it would rust up, learned from experience
VinBarber cool! Thanks for the reply and dropping knowledge. Keep up the vids!
Did u change the blades on the magic clippers?
DeeMan Yeah I believe I put a fade blade instead of staffer tooth but I’m not sure, haven’t used the clipper in a while!
Why the hell did i read "satanize" and not "Sanitize"
Bro the vid is so loud
Vitamin E to blade...🤔
Blah blah blah
