My friend was there and the bear was behind him.But before we go to explore we always practise our languages like DROP DEAD if theres a grizzly or Creep away for other animals so me and my other 2 friends shouted DROP DEAD he dropped and played dead but the bear chased us and we ran and were lucky to be alive thanks Coyote Peterson

You sure? He was walking on the gravel during spaw, he used regular net not that rubberized. The regular net has a lot of tiny knots that can hurt fish skin. As I said he completely destroyed the spawn gravel so there is a chance of thoused os eggs going to waste.
Sockeye are beautiful animals. They live so gracefully and die where they are born. They die in a way that is peaceful and benefits the ecosystem. I will never forget rewatching this video and I am ridiculously thankful for this realization.

As a landscape photographer, I can relate with Cayote at the end of the video where he explains the rush of emotions he got reflecting on his time with the Sockeye. When I capture an image of a place I have traveled to and review it right after I often get a rush of emotions in which I realize how limited our time is on this planet and how lucky I am to have spent even a second of it reflecting on the moment I have spent being present and making a lasting memory doing something I love. We all have these moments and they stay with us, it was amazing being able to see Cayote going through one on camera!
We are in our 70's and absolutely love Coyote and the crew! We are impressed by their skillful set up. The insight Coyote has shows that he is well studied and really knows his stuff. He is amazing in the way he goes about his "catches" and we can only guess at how much prep it takes! And we are treated only to the highlights! Thank you also for letting us know how you respond to all the wonders you find in our glorious Creation!
