Hi Devvon, do you know if you will be getting cubase templates on the website pls?
Thanks for your videos! They’re 🔥
Broooooo. I just bagged the Waves Diamond Bundle. I have been dealing with Factory Plugins for years. Now I'm on working with proper tools, I can rewatch every vid I was unable to follow.
I love your content
Does your plug ins work in mix craft I want to know before I purchase
@@CalebxRashad he doesn't sell plugins, he sells templates, and without the plugins that the template needs, the templates (or vocal chains) will not help you unless you already own the plugins used to create that sound. In this video alone he uses hundreds of dollars' worth of top-of-the-line plugins. Some of his templates use 'Valhalla Reverb' and the 'Saturn 2' from Fab Filter (AMAZING PLUGINS) and they cost 50 USD and I think the cheapest you can buy Fab Filter Saturn 2 anywhere is 154 USD from sweet water, it may be the same price on the website, I bought a 400$ USD bundle with other plugins. Top of the line plugins are expensive but you can often find them on sale or included in massive bundles. Also, they aren't exactly necessary a lot of them just come with a nice sound attached. I have seen engineers use certain EQ's that do NOTHING but add a slightly different sound to the mix, literally just adding an EQ and changing NOTHING, they just liked the slightly different sound it gave the vocals. lol
You opened the door for us to be independent. Mad props to my guy, Devvon!
No doubt glad it helps!!
💯💯
Mad love
The name of this song is called Devvon Terrell - Thank My Exes
Nah dead my Exes them peeps are pagans lmao
Had me bumpin the whole vid! Fire, bro!
Courtney played the reverend or I'm tripping? Lmao
These videos are getting so much better, Devvon. I always like to see when you reset a plugin and work on it from scratch, teaching about the function of each knob. Your channel's content is better than A LOT of paid courses.
I'm with it
I’m so glad you feel that way and thank u!
This is how you do tutorials. Leave the comedy to the comedians. Thanks for keeping it professional.
Ain't gonna lie, every song you play and use for your tutorials are straight hittts 🔥🥵🙏
The Puigchild 670 is an amazing glue compressor. You just barely tickle the needle and it gives character to the mix.
Dude i literally used ur vids to learn how to mix and master all of my songs. You’ve helped me so much🙌
Just went to check your channel to see your progress but you don't have anything uploaded! Show us your progress!!
Glad it helps and yes let’s hear some of your work!!
Devvon you're an absolute legend, I've learned virtually everything I know about mixing and mastering from this channel and I learn something new EVERY time you upload. If you're new here, it gets easier, watch it all cos theres some absolute gems 🤙

Lmao glad to help!!
Bruh bruh, this was flippin amazing.. Thank you man.. This guy is extremely talented..
I know this was made 8months back. But I see the difference of the quality to my tracks just by saving and using this master chain. I do add more master EQs like you did with your older video of EQ for masters. Attacking those 42,1.6k,4.2k, and also the 23-25k HZ.
Your contents are just wonderful
This master technique is fantastic i use this a lot, very good tecnhique, thank you for making this video.
This is one of the greatest music tutorials I have ever seen. So many gems. I appreciate this bro 🙏🏽
MAN KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!
I’m commenting to keep this channel thriving
Thanks Devvon, so many gems in one tutorial!
finally added the soft clipper after the compression and wow it sounds nice
PERFECT FOR THE WEEKS AHEAD OF MASTERONG THANK YOU AGAIN
You can also use the youlean loudness meter as well
Edit: forgot to mention it’s free!
There are so many products out there I’ll check that one out!
Help Me Devvon definitely I still need to check out the few you had in the vid
Thats my shit! Even tho I have waves meter and should use more often but youlean has done me well
Did a good mix and got a -10 on the first try. Saved my chain, appreciate it bro!
Very similar to my own mastering chain. Definitely gonna get some dope results.
Devvon, you have helped me so freakin much. Mixes are 1000x's better and I mastered my first track to hit like the reference track. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
vidoes like these can help anyone be independent
Damn dude. Feels like I’m watching a $500 course or something XD
I Make Cover songs and u are the one Who has taught me a lot of things and made me improve my recordings.I have a cheap setup but i think i am getting more out of it because of you THANK YOU
yo bro, your page has helped me so much thanks.
Devvan you are super dope!
And I want to thank you for the video tutorials.
That side eq tip jus saved me
HMD! I watch your videos a lot and they have been such a blessing to me and how I approach mixing and mastering. This video so far has been the most helpful. Especially that last plugin. Now I can really see ("hear") how and why each platform sounds slightly different in volume. Thanks for the info and keep it up. You're doing a great work.
Devvon is a lifesaver
Thankyou man for real!!
You the real deal bro! Thanx for the video
Can U pls share us your updated Master Chain? Would appreciated it :)
Bro - the teachings so cold I feel like I'm disrespecting when I press pause (to rewind and re-listen)
This is powerful man. Thank you bro.
A great video. The only thing that I dont use at all is the "soft clipper" you are the first one who talks about.

Your genius Devvon
You are a beast. Amazing tutorial. Thank you so much. I'm actually learning a lot of things I've never known and I've been doing music for a while. Keep it up man!
Thanks for taking the time out to answer a question I needed to know for quite some time now, soft clipping! It has always been a challenge for me to get good volume, I was willing to be ok if this could only be achieved through analog gear, but to know that it can be achieved through soft clipping solves it all for me! Thanks fam! #Blessings #FaithOverFear
yehman! you are so appreciated for your clear and kind explanations! keep on teach every one your knowledge, bless!
I don’t really speak English, and I'm learning more with you for free than paying, bro I really need my money back from the other person 😂😂😂, god bless you bro 🙏🏽
You are one of the only people that I have seen, talk about frequencies above 20KHz that still affect the overall sound because of harmonics. It is such an important tool but most producers go if it is not between that 20Hz-20KHz than a person can't hear it. There is an argument to say we don't hear much Low frequencies from ~40Hz and below but we can "feel" it. All frequencies are important depending on the instrument so I wouldn't round it off. Keep up the tip bits like that :)
love this song
Devvon bro thank you, you are real pro🙏🙏🙏🙏
you are a blessing to the world Devvon you for sharing your time and insight! Good shit.
So glad I clicked this video.. So informative. Idk what it is but, you're very easy to listen to. Thank you for this.
Thank you so much for all your knowledge!
You are a blessing.. Thanks for this.
You're an audio angel sent from music production heaven 😁😇
I make my own songs ( composing music, writing lyrics, singing and mix-mastering), specially in pop, R&B soul genre. Please come to my channel and listen my music and also like, share, comment and subscribe my channel. I will be very thankful to all of you guys!😊

THANK YOU FROM FRANCE !!
Thank you, Devvon!
Another dope video bro 🙌🏾!! Appreciate you sharing your knowledge 👊🏾🔥 Song is fire too
thanks, this is cool!!!
Just going to master my first song by myself and your videos are so good. Thank you !
This was really helpful! I knew most of this but I didn't know that mastering louder that -14LUFS had no detriment when submitted to streaming services. All your tutorials have helped me create quality sounding music when my budget wouldn't allow it.
I literally use to think ill be penalised for going over -14LUFS so my songs were so low and literally wouldnt sound great at all
You're a wizard brother
Hi Devvon
Glad i found your channel & got me listening to your albums Fantastic perfect voice .
