That why big company successful they investment in employees for learning.. Other startup company 1 month start working.. Microsoft 6 month for learning and get later revenue

24-25 base + 3 relocation one time + 4-5 jb one time divided into two parts + 0-20% variable of base +26-27 rsu for 4-5years total 64 CTC.
This was offered at my IIM institute to 3 years pre mba experience grad
