I see people here only from Big B school or renowned B schools are in these roles . Which is very much appreciated. As they have really worked hard for it. Just out curiosity if someone is not or doesn't have that kind B school background like these are they not suitable or never in such roles in big companies. Can something related to this kind of people videos also be shared
You'll mostly have to go for an off campus recruitment and beef up your cv with some experience. I doubt this channel will target that considering their focus is mostly b school admits n college life
