I know the whole thing in the comics with Sue's bloody nose is she has a brain tumor or something, but I love the reason they kinda give for it in the movie as well. Her powers are described as allowing her to manipulate light energy to create force fields. While Johnny is putting g out the heat of a supernova he's also putting g out light equivalent to that of a small sun. In other words it's not that she's struggling to contain Johnny's supernova, it's more like she's struggling to control all this energy she's just been handed by Johnny's flames that just keeps growing in intensity.
imagine being in doom's situation at the end, unable to hear, see, talk or even move but being fully conscious(?) on top of feeling IMMENSE pain from the helmet being welded into your skin.

Does the guy who composed the score for the House of Wax movie is the same one featured on this film? I can definitely hear a certain similitude between the 2 movie’s soundtracks.
bro this movie looks so good for being 2005. IMO it's a lot better looking than most marvel movies now because when there's CGI, it's not the whole movie yaknow. like spiderman with tobey used a real suit and tom's spiderman is completely CGI n it's obvious. I'm sure in 10 years CGI will be so good that it won't be noticeable but for right now they reverted back to the equivalent of 80s sfx quality. like we all know it's CGI n we accept it. but the 2000s peaked in sfx n then they abandoned that for CGI n it's gone back in quality. I'm almost positive that a new form of effects will be used by the time they master CGI n it'll go back in quality. kinda like a neverending loop
I liked this version of Ben, Reed and Johnny. Doom didn't have much screen play, and his voice wasn't right. Susan doesn't look like the Susan I see in the comics.

The music score was made by John Ottman, he also did the score for "Superman Returns" in 2006.

For some reason, Doom's "goodbye, Ben" was removed in the Netflix print. I mean, the clip was still there, but that line was not.
