    ♒︎ WHO ARE WE?
We are Gabe and Paula (Pau). We bought our van at the beginning of the year with the idea of converting it during the weekends. But then, because of the global pandemic that has changed all our lives we suddenly found ourselves with a lot of time on our hands! After finishing at the beginning of August we started our epic journey to Spain to see Paula's family.

Crocs or similar plastic clogs are great in summer out side but also great for winter indoor shoes. With a pair of thick socks they’re really cosy, easy to on or off.

I recommend a cover for your max fan for those really cold nights as well. Work for me.

I am definitely looking at a diesel heater and connecting it to the main tank. The only step I did not do, learned curve failure lol, was the vapor barrier step. I have two cats and the water bottle will be a big must if I get stuck in a too cold area, I am still a few years away from full time rv life though.

Vapour barrier is a good thing for sure. Have you tried having a dehumidifier on to help with the dampness?

Good tips guys. Our diesel heater exhaust fell off so we can't use it just now and we miss it so very much! Hopefully it gets here before Christmas.
    Keep up the good work!

Oh my gosh! I really enjoy watching your content. You guys are so cute!
May I ask how you are able to travel around the whole time?
And do you need a main address anyway? I think in Germany you are not allowed to live in a van full time without any postal address.
    Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much!😍 We both work online teaching English and Spanish so we can work whilst being on the road which is amazing😊 Regarding postal address, we use friends and family.

As the metal is a good heat conductor it is very good at extracting heat from the inside out. With all the exposed metal would you say that if one started a new build to try to insulate all metal in the living area or do you feel that its not worth the extra effort?

It would appear that maybe you slightly under done your van insulation in the beginning ( hot water bottles? ) the biggest heat loss area’s in your van is 1,.. the partition curtain you guys need something a lot more thicker and denser than what you have got at the moment! 2,..Also all that bare metal from your back van doors will suck out all your warmth that you are trying keep in side to stay warm!.... You need to make your selves a type roll up very insulated drop down curtain to keep the warmth in!... do some more research guys and get it fixed now while we are in early summer ready for the winter! Other wise your love for the van life will fade fast if you don’t get the issues fixed now!

extra Tip?: Wear a hat or some time of cap, lots of heat is lost through up there.
