    Wonderful boat love the attention to detail and custom feature like handrails to make it easy to get in and out of boat comfortably. Like look of deck compared to many but uncertain if it’s as grippy on a wet day as some other surfaces offered. Love how every inch/ cm of boat is fully utilised for storage or comfortable living. Keep up the good work 😊

    From steel and sweat they rise,
    The narrowboats of Braidbar's guise,
    Each curve and line crafted with care,
    A vessel for the waterways to bear.
    Their builders, skilled in their art,
    Pour heart and soul into every part,
    From the hull to the cabin's nook,
    They shape a vessel with a steadfast look.
    With Braidbar's boats, the waters call,
    A floating home, a haven for all,
    A journey through England's soul,
    A life on the canal, a peaceful stroll.
    So let us sing of Braidbar's pride,
    Of the boats they build with such great stride,
    And may they forever float and glide,
    Along the waterways, a joyous ride.

    I’m always amazed at the craftsmanship, it oozes quality.
    One suggestion if you don’t mind me asking. At the start of each video could you state the boat length please.

    • @paultrussy
      @paultrussy Год назад +5

      Agreed. Really basic info. And the price. They seem guarded about price, which is really bizarre - even more important than the length. And no, I don't want to phone or message for details - don't have to do that when buying a house - you just browse the estate agents on the high street. Should be the same with boats.

      @@paultrussy This boat is not for sale, it is already sold - he refers to the customer. The video is a showcase of the work, options, finishes etc.

    An American comment. The deck"s flooring is well laid out and conforms to the lines. The master cabin bunk would be comfortable even for what we're accustomed to. The walk through head is the most logical I would have liked to know the dimensions of the shower stall, I assume the black water holding tank is slightly larger than 40 gal. capacity. Because of the layout and the accessibility in the galley I would accept a gas free platform. The couch size conforms I would suggest storable ottomans. The breakfast bar and entryway space is brilliant. Double glazed openings with inserts brilliant. The woodwork and color choices to my eye completely overcome the cave effect. What I truly admire is that in Britton trade Craftsman and innovations have such a medium that showcases skills that are being lost to economics here. Truly functional art.

    Really nice boat. A request though, can you include the engine bay and equipment in some of your videos?

    Really like this boat! With 8 solar panels and a battery, is this one able to cruise purely on renewable energy? Also would it be possible to add a small windturbine to the deck to help generate more power?

    Beautiful boat but one small niggle, no freezer, so you can't keep food for longer when you are going longer distances, just saying !

    • @RJ-444
      @RJ-444 Год назад +1

      There's a freezer on another one of their boats, so this must have been what the customer wanted.
