I was thinking about dividing my time between Thailand and Philippines with base in Pattaya and Cebu. I am renting 50 m2 in Pattaya 3 min from sea for 15,000 Thai bath or 24,000 pesos. This price is shock for me.

This condo building is on the high side in regards to rental price. You can find other units for 20k PHP to 30kPhP. Thanks for watching

rentals in Philippines are very expensive when compared to Thailand. You get a better deal in Thailand.

You can find cheaper but the building will not offer the nice pool, excellent gym and laundry onsite. The Ayala area is expensive. The video is only representing what the cost is for the area and for a nicer unit
