I think this is the first Wegovy video I have watched that didnt scare the crap out of me.😊 I start my Wegovy journey tonight. I have been watching vids of other people's experiences on the drug and I have been very emotional and questioning whether this is the right decision. But I have to do something. I found out last week I am pre diabetic. Also a lot of my other numbers are not good. Emotionally I have not been in a good place in a while due to weight gain. So I'm going to give this a try and hope for the best.
Thank you so much for sharing this. Weight loss can definitely take a toll on your emotions, I do believe it’s a part of the journey. I commend you for your courage to give Wegovy a try. It appears that you’ve taken some time to educate yourself on the medication and that’s awesome. I’m happy that I didn’t deter you in this particular video 🤭but I have shared some of my challenges and side effects in other videos; strictly for educational purposes and to let people know the good and bad so that they can make an informed decision. How is it going?
@@lf9341 6 shots. Currently on .50. Down 24 lbs. No side effects. The biggest thing for me my depression symptoms have drastically improved and I dont have the cravings to eat sugar at night. I can see Wegovy eventually used for depression. I have not felt this good in years.

Hi Kia, I am one month on Wegovy. I so agree with you on taking electrolytes. I have found it to be so stressful when dealing with the pharmacies on getting my next doses.
Hi Kat, thank you so much for your comment. Congrats on making it a month on Wegovy! I sincerely hope you reach your goals. I completely understand, it has likewise been stressful for me even at the higher dose to know if the medication will be available locally. However, I've successfully avoided interruptions by requesting a refill a week in advance from my doctor when I have injected the last pen for the month.

@@humann176 , I carry 80% of my weight around my midsection. Little legs and a nasty fat stomach. So oddly proportioned! Gotta love genes! LOL! I know for me, pre menopause has not helped this issue. Good luck to you!

Hi there 👋🏽 don’t be afraid! You may not experience any side effects however if you do you’ll be better equipped to handle them. This has overall been a good weight loss journey and I’m so close to my goal weight. You got this!! The hardest part is starting but after that you’ll be just fine 💕
@@Greater_Expectations Thank you so much for your response. Congratulations on your achievement! I did my first injection Sunday. So far, so good! No upset stomach at all. The only thing that has not been super pleasant has been 2 episodes of severe dizziness. Like house spinning around me dizziness! LOL! Thank goodness it has only happened 2 times. I was not expecting to loose 5.4 pounds in 5 days, and literally not being hungry at all so soon! This has been the one channel out of so many that I have been following and I can personally say that it has been a true blessing for me. Thank you so much for what you do. Best wishes to you and all that are getting ready to start this journey and those who have already begun. 🤗🤞🏼🙏🏼
@Harleyrider1976 Thank you so much for your update and a huge congratulations on the progress you are making! If you are dizzy make sure you are well hydrated and that you’re still eating enough. I recommend sipping on a protein shake, my preferred protein is Premiere, they are much better cold or over ice. This medication is quite tricky and it does take time to find a balance with your calorie intake so that you aren’t dizzy or lack energy but you are off to an amazing start!!🎊💕🎉

When you say you were imbalanced what do you mean? And you didn’t mention the brand of Electrolytes. I have a Meijer ❤
Hi there👋🏽 I mean I felt lightheaded and a bit dizzy. As if I could lose my balance easily… working out was so difficult…I just felt “off” and not at all like myself. I had low energy and most days I felt like I was barely functioning. Tired is an understatement! The brand of electrolytes is the actual Meijer brand. It says Meijer on the box and the electrolytes are typically located near the sports drinks at my local Meijer. I hope this helps!💕
First dose yesterday, crazy nausea and vomiting
Oh nooo, I’m so sorry to hear this! Make sure that you stay well hydrated to avoid dehydration. Try peppermint tea for your nausea and I know it may be difficult but try to put some food on your stomach even if it’s just fruit, toast, nuts. You want to keep your energy up. I sincerely hope it gets better because it most certainly got better for me. Hang in there!!💕

On week 2 and gained one pound loss nothing
Hi there, weight loss was very slow for me too especially compared to others however I’m now 70 pounds down. So just look for areas of improvement within your diet and trust the process, it will be frustrating at times but if you keep pushing forward you’ll reach your goal!💕
@@Greater_Expectations thank you. Did you get sick at all. I get sick well I take the shot on Sunday and start feeling sick Monday nite and I'm sick still and it's 11:54 Tuesday nite.
@theresastressman147 I remember feeling just a bit nauseous on the lower dosage and that’s why I would inject wegovy at night to sleep through the worst of it. I would say my nausea kicked in full force as I stepped up in the dosing but it didn’t last. I feel my body has adapted to the medication and I no longer get nauseous. I do however still experience some random food aversions. So with time hopefully your experience will be similar to mine and your nausea won’t be an issue.💕
@@Greater_Expectations update I'm over it. Last nite from ,early to this morning I hàve been with water diarrhea and pukeing.id rather be a bit heavy then have to go through that. Wow. Something would have to be wrong in my head if I think I need to get sick to lose weight. Oh boy this is not for me I wish you all the best of luck and much love. I'll go back to carnivore.
