Thank you for your kind comment. No I haven’t experienced any hair loss, I believe this is primarily due to my daily vitamin and supplement regimen. I take Natures Bounty Hair, Skin, Nails gummy. My doctor recommended that I also take a daily multivitamin as well and I found that it has really helped in the long run. I have a video on all the supplements I take and if you check the description box they’ll be listed there if you’re interested. I hope this helps💕

Congratulations on planning to start your journey. You are a step ahead if you already have a clean diet. It’s normal to fearful of the side effects, however keep in mind that many people have little to no side effects and you could be one of those individuals. Drink plenty of water, if you become nauseous try sipping on peppermint tea, be sure to include a daily multivitamin and electrolytes if your energy deeps. Also be mindful of your caloric intake, if it’s too low you’ll be extremely tired more than likely. I hope this helps💕

Hi there, I exercise a minimum of three days a week. I do a mix of cardio, aerobics, and now step aerobics. I am unable to strength train at the moment because I’m in physical therapy. Thank you for your comment.

Yes! you definitely must push down on the pen in order for the needle to make contact with you skin. Once you push down on the pen, you will feel a small poke and that’s the needle. Continue to apply pressure until you see the yellow bar completely cover the window.

In the beginning I was extremely nauseated and I relied on peppermint tea. However my body has fully adjusted to the medication and I no longer experience nausea or any other negative side effects.

I will definitely look into Zepbound, these last 10 pounds have been so hard to lose and I feel that it really should not be this difficult with the lifestyle changes I’ve made so I appreciate your advice. Oh no… it’s common to make mistakes when you first start your injections. Next time it’ll be better and it gets easier with each passing week, at least that was my experience as far as injecting the medication.

Oh goodness!! My only suggestion is to not let go of your skin until the medication has been fully dispensed. Some say when they let go during the injection the medication has a tendency to leak. Also, make sure it’s your upper thigh not the area closer to your knee also known as the lower thigh. I have a good feeling your next injection is going to go very well. I’m sending you positive vibes and much success!!🤗

Yes, I had plenty of side effects. Headache, dry mouth, tiredness, nausea, constipation… but many people don’t experience any of these side effects. So my experience may not be yours. However, I’m still on the highest dosage and now I have no side effects. My body has completely adjusted to the medication.

If you experience nausea try staying hydrated with water and try sipping on some peppermint tea. If you are working and you can’t then sucking on a mint or chewing mint gum has also helped me in the past.

My weight loss journey has been just that… a journey with some highs and lows but for the most part it’s been rewarding to reach my health goals. I’m very thankful for this medication, it’s a great tool!🙏💗

Hi there, I apologize if this is a duplicate reply. My concern is that you are experiencing an allergic reaction to the medication. I have only felt a lump in my throat after taking penicillins along with itching, coughing, shortness of breath, and sore throat. Needless to say I avoid penicillin because I’m allergic to it. I suggest you contact your physician prior to your next scheduled injection just as a safety precaution. 🙏 💕

Yes the appetite suppression can be next level as you reach the higher dosages. Be sure to stay hydrated and try your best to not let your caloric intake dip too low because for many that’s when the nausea and fatigue kicks in.

Hi, I’ve been on semaglutide for approximately 16 months. This timeline takes into account various factors such as the national Wegovy shortage in which I was unable to receive my step up dosing and had to be switched to ozempic and issues with pre authorization for the medication.

Hi, I use to take my injection before bed when I was first starting out because I wanted to sleep thru the nausea and other symptoms in which case I had eaten but now I don’t. I usually inject myself while in a fasted state. No reason other than I no longer have any negative symptoms.

Yes it’s really surprising to me how long the shortage has lasted. I started more than a year ago and I was likewise impacted by the shortage. My doctor prescribed me with Ozempic at .5 mgs and 1 mg and I returned to wegovy at 1.7 mg. Supposedly the higher dosages are easier to obtain. I can say that I haven’t had trouble getting refills on 2.4 mgs for some time now. I sincerely hope you’re able to find a work around or that the medication becomes available soon💕. Hi, you are so welcome! I had a lot of side effects when I first started the medication but I’ve been on Wegovy for over a year and I no longer have any side effects. My most common side effects were dry mouth, nausea, and low energy but with some planning and supplements I was able to manage the symptoms.
