- 5 months later, the VFR 800 is finally inspected, tagged, and ready to go! But the big question remains- how much did I pay for the bike?! In this video, I go over all those details and even cover my step-by-step process of how I'm able to find used motorcycles for so cheap! It's a shame I'll have to get rid of this VFR to make room for my Rebel 1100 in the coming weeks, but I'm excited for the time I get with the bike. I have this exact bike paid 5k from Honda dealership had all the fluids changed tune up etc had 21k but Definitely love this bike.
VFR Interceptor is a great value on the used market. Reliable performer.

No Nice great bike. Am in UK and kast year bought a 2006VTEC abs VFR i paid 3000 for mine it had full MOT service history and full Genuine Honda rack and panniers. Love it. Since then have replaced the tyres for Michilin road 5 and oil and filter change air filter new plugs stator and RR and wireing also chain and sprockets too and most fairing clips and bolts replaced too. Awsome bike just one word DONT SELL IT LOL. ride safe and merry christmas and new year.

My 2008 VFR 800 that i bought new in crate in 2010 for $6999 from a dealer that bought this and 9 othee bikes from a bankrupt Honda dealer.
dude, that looks like WA roads...all cracked & patched. Our taxes definitely aren't going to our roads here, lol. I think I want a VFR800 but a bit newer. Not many for sale but I'm patient and wait for one to come along. "good things come to those who wait"

Sounds like you came out with a great deal, but how you went about it wasn’t a win-win. I’m sure he needed the cash but kind it was completely one sided. All things considered congrats!
