You know it's a good job when the guy who did it is so proud of his work. Well done. It looks amazing. 😁😁😁👆👍
Tremendous, Mr. Vida. The pride in Steve's face as he walked you through the work done on your bike was clearly evident, and then as you drove away and he just watched you with a smile of genuine satisfaction, is absolutely priceless. Clearly a gentleman who takes tremendous pride in his work, and the results of his efforts are crystal clear. For what it's worth from some bloke in Arizona, Genuine Cheers to Steve for his dedication to "doing it right", and truly caring about his work. Great photos as always, Rich. Thanks!!
Steve looks so proud of his work. And rightly so!!
Richy,Steve is the man for bikes, he's looked after my bikes for 7 years now and I would never go anywhere else, he is such a gentleman and an ace mechanic.
Your VFR does look amazing and as the other folks have said on here she's like new.
Great video as always and happy you got her back☺
Simply Stunning over haul. To be without your “Beloved” for 7 weeks I think was well worth it. You could see the pride of craftsmanship in Steve’s eyes and grin when he reintroduced you to your “forever keeper”. Well done Sir. Cheers from America. 👍🏼 👏👏👏 😎
What a great guy that Steve looks, a true professional tradesman and mechanic, clearly takes great pride in his work, fantastic, bike looks great Richy ... 👌🏼
wow , an £1500 . i was expecting you to say double that with the paint work aswell.. that was a bargain price to make an awesome bike , even sweeter .
Fair play to guys like steve... good solid blokes that know what they're doing and do what they say they'll do. The man deserves recognition well done
The smile on Ste’s face says it all really- thats a guy I want working on my bike.
Absolutely beautiful, Richy!!!! I happy you have her back home in the garage!! I hope to someday send my 1986 VFR to summer camp. Enjoy and looking forward to the next WildBad Tour videos!
I was out on my VFR and thought it does everything a new bike can do and bloody well so what's the point in even considering another bike. There is a reason it's been voted the best all round bike for years. She a keeper for sure!
That looks like a happy chappy....and rightly so! Nice job and situation normale returns.....
I just bought a 2004 vfr800 mine is black rims are painted, same exhaust, sarge seat, tinted windscreen, electrical upgrade, factory heated grips and plug ins for suit and phone I love the bike
Could care less of what brand or bike it is but when you call a bike her, say that you miss it, you feel alone without her and so on and so on. That is a bike that will be cherished, taken care of no matter the cost and go in the family scrap book. Well done and glad that mistress is still being looked after.
Finally got her back! I've been waiting for this one. The bike looks great! And congratulations on the new house as well! Your doing well Richy!
You can clearly see the love you have for your VFR,looks amazing now and sure you will put many more miles on it.Safe riding Rich👍😃
Glad you have her back. Enjoy and keep on putting out the footage.
Looks mint condition again - what a result, money well spent! I had a 2005 VFR800 couple of years back ... your video (12.26) put a smile on my face, remembering the sound of that VTEC kicking in 😁. Great videos, keep them coming 👍
Looks superb Rich. Money well spent and great value when you consider the labour involved. Hope you have a great summer on her.
Fantastic to see her back, not just a bike but a real companion. A stunning video Richy, I always listen to your videos with headphones on to hear that V4 roar. 👍
Another great Video and it looks like it was money well spent as the VFR looks amazing. I love the part where you look back on your USA tour. It is so cool you have those memories on your own machine. Great stuff. I was born and raised in new Mexico, glad you enjoyed the state.
Incredible craftsmanship at at very reasonable price . Well worth it. What a great shop owner.
I have had no experience of a VFR, but I can see that you love yours. You’re absolutely right in what you say about loving what you are familiar with. I have had bikes that have been panned by folks far more knowledgeable than me, but I have loved them. Though in your case, everyone seems to love yours.
Woo Hoo!! Glad she's back and looks amazing! Just bought one myself and your channel was a big reason for the choice. It's just the perfect bike. Cheers from Arizona! Love your vids.
Well done Richy, most people would have put that ,money towards a new bike but I think you did the right thing. Not cheap as you say but a good job done by someone who clearly has pride in his work which is becoming more difficult to find these days so all in all I'd say you had a good deal there.
Enjoy her again, all the best.
Congrats Rich. That lady deserved it. Such great bikes !
Great to find someone who loves bikes and has a passion to restore tired old bikes. Looking nice!
Mate it's like a part of you. Its took you to some incredible places. Worth every penny truly an incredible machine. This video is fantastic mate. Cant wait to see where it will take you now.
Steve.
That v4 has got such a deep rumble compared to my VF. I hope to have my own VF by the end of the week, can’t wait. Thanks for putting these video’s together the’re awesome.
What a super bike mechanic Steve is and looking at your VFR and the work carried out no wonder you're pleased as punch with the results.
Amazing makeover, your mechanic friend is wizard. He is really compassionate about his work, as it seems.
Treat yourself to a hugger to protect that lovely new bike. Have fun Rich and ride safe. Not cheap but look what you've had done for that!
Had one on years ago and removed it. Didn’t like all the gravel getting stuck under it.. 👍
Amazing Rich, looks like a brand new bike. She's looked after you pal so deserves looking after. Enjoy
Wow, the places you and your VFR have been. I can't wait to get one myself and retire my beloved CB750F.
Congratulations! Very thrilling video to watch, could definitely feel the excitement👍What a milestone as well. Looks awesome
i just got a 2002. March 15th i will be riding it for the first time. I'm going nuts watching you and TMF riding that bike! Awesome machine!!
Hope you enjoy it, Patrick!
Initially I read a comment mentioning the price and thought "Hmm £1500... that's a bit steep" and then Steve started listing all the things done on it: oil change, coolant change, brake fluid change, clutch fluid change, new plugs, new head bearings, new tyres, new throttle cables, new bolts everywhere, new paintwork on wheels and other bits, polishing and buffing the scrapes out PLUS all the labour, time and effort put in! To be honest, now I think £1550 is a proper steal! :o
And what a lovely bike it is! Nothing's quite like that true bike love, isn't it? And the best part is - she will never leave you for another man! :D
Wish you many more happy miles on it and may the fine weather follow you wherever you go. :)
Stunning just stunning. Iam so happy for you, and she is definitely worth every penny. Its making me want a vfr more so now.
WOW She looks brill Richy. The look on your face when you first saw her cat got the cream. All the best Ride Safe.
I think a second trip to the USA is exactly what she needs. She sure is a beautiful bike, Richy. An absolute stunner. The restoration is money well spent.
Lovely bike. Never ridden a 6th, but I love my 5th gen. '98. Glad you rode across America on her.
Really glad you are happy with your new looking old bike :-) she looks fantastic!. Thanks for all your hard work, we really enjoy your vloggs and appreciate the work that goes into your productions. Hope to bump into you guys one day as we live and ride in the Chesterfield area. Cheers!!
What a great video, full of emotion, I nearly wept with you mate. I know what you mean by that planted feeling, feel the same about my VFR800X.
I really understand why you take such good care of her. There are something special about those VFR’s! I just need to look into my garage to get that good feeling. 👍🏻😎
Fantastic Richy, I know the feeling...
Thanks for the video m8 love the wildbad USA poster on the wall what a way to make a new home feel like home
All credit to you Richy for keeping the old girl going, and for proving that Honda engines are easily capable of big mileages with the right care and attention. Great to see a Vlogger without brand new personal machinery, keeping it real, keeping it grounded. Well done.
Truly.. one sweet lady. Best of luck..!!
Looks awesome mate. Nothing better than getting back in your own saddle.
Lucky you, Richy! What a beautiful bike😀
She looks an absolute beauty, look forward to finding out what your next tour will be on her
What a beautiful bike. It actually looks much better than the newer model.
Yep great bike. Still miss mine 8yrs on, loved it. Great vid thanks for sharing.
Lovely job on her, looks fantastic.
Big video mate, lovely to see you with her again. It looks like a first class job for what I reckon is a bargain.
Yep USA here she goes again.
Happy days Richy, give her a hug for me. That new garage set up looks great, especially with three bikes in it.😀👍🏍🇦🇺
Glad she's finally home! Gotta love the beautiful VFR! 😍
Nice to see you happy again, back with your girl!
That looks brand spanking new...brilliant job done by Steve 👌
wow your bike looks stunning nice to get the VFR back just looks like its brand new as the say HTR keep your video's coming love watching them
Very nice indeed...you must be pleased with that one! Good work Steve!
I simply cannot believe how much you got done for so little money. One great advantage of living in the north! I loved my VFR but had to let it go because of a bad back. Ended up with a GS due to the upright position. Loved this video Richie, keep it up!!
you can really tell Steve truly LoVeS what he does by the way he touched that Bike during the reveal !! Richy should be Jealous LOL
I had a VFR 750 in the 90 's . Lovely bike and I thoroughly enjoyed it . I'm in my 60's now and haven't ridden a bike in over 15 years . After watching your video God how I miss it 😒
Looking great, and for the amount of work done, £1,500 seems more than fair enough.
I wish I had a Bike Shop that did that kind of work and was as proud as your Mechanic/Consultant. Cheers !
Looks nice. They did a very good job making her look new. Would love to see another trip across the U.S.
Such a great video Rich and the price is very good for what you've had done and how long she's been away.
She was always a looker. But now she's all dolled up and ready for the cameras. Beautiful! 💖💖👌👌
Amazing smile Richy, my little NC 30 does the same for me, bikes do that , enjoy 😊
Great to see her back looks awesome
She looks great Richy, well done Steve!
Got to see the legendary VFR today, looking good buddy. great to meet Richy, and have a chinwag about bikes kit and travel. look forward to many more vid's Craig Paul and Paul cheers🏍🏍🏍
Good to meet and chat with you guys today! ;-)
Looks amazing, well worth the money and time spent, you're right once you love a bike it is part of the family
Couldn't agree more! I feel sad for those that never make this connection. 👍
What a great shot at the very end. Money well spent mate.
Hello from Australia. I feel the same way about my CBR1100xx. She is my second one and I will never part with her. Ever since the first 750-4, Honda have made the most iconic and beautiful superbikes.
Awesome work done by Steve!
That is one lovely machine richy. Good on ya for getting a mid life done, I think too many treat bikes as disposable. If I can find a bike I like half as much as you do with your VFR I’ll be a happy man. All the best.
Wow, I know what I want for Christmas now, my Honda Blackbird would love some of this treatment
What a stunning job! She’s looking mint lad 🤘
That pic at the end hit me right in the feels Richy.
Looks AWESOME. Bring her back to the U.S.A. !!!!!!!!!! Cathy and I will leave the light on for you!
Found your channel yesterday while looking for vfr800 reviews as I'm looking to buy one for my first bike, once I pass my DAS course.
Been binge watching your videos all day, and you've utterly convinced me that a vfr800 is the perfect bike for me, a 19st, mature bloke in his 30's looking for a good, comfy, touring bike.
Cheers for the content Richy, you got yourself a new sub! 👍👍👏👏
Welcome, Rich!
Love has no cost Rich. For the pleasure they give they are priceless. Great to see her back and looking so good. Just one question though Rich. The bearded bloke that talks funny. Do you know him. LOL
I can see how much it meant to you to get the bike back. Best have a beer o 3 to celebrate but wait till its parked in the garage. All the best mate. I look forward to your next adventure.
Looks mint mate well done obviously a true friend.
Great to see the VFR back home again Richy and what a bargain price, feel so happy for you, enjoy. :)
She is Smiling with You. What a Beauty!!!
like picking up a new bike ... nice job good to see you got her back
Wow......just wow that does look brand new, some wouldn’t understand spending that much but with what you have both been through I do 👍
Looks fab Richy well worth the money, I bet she feels great 👍🏻
She's finally back, awesome 👍🏽
The USA tour was very big. The tour videos were awesome to watch and I am sure it was epic for you guys. But you really only scratched the surface of this country. We here in the states would love to see your band of buddies come back for another visit.
Like some of the other comments,i was expecting MEGA money,

Your VFR is re-born! Money well spent. I can truly understand your love for your silver Lady Rich.

Best all around bike ever! Great video too !
Wonderful! She makes the new generation VFR look homely.
Canada awaits your return...
I know the US is more enticing but hey, start your journey on the east coast, work your way west through Quebec into Ontario and drop down into the States to cary on.
Now that I have a vfr800f I totally understand why you love it.
That video is brilliant what a great job on such a beautiful bike it done me good to see it
