My husband and I moved from Washington to Arizona Sept 2021 never thought I would ever leave Washington. We stayed at that campground and LOVE Leavenworth thanks for sharing it was like I was back home for a while!!

Love Leavenworth! My husband and I lived in Wenatchee for 8 years and my best friends would always come over from Western Washington the first weekend in December. After all the tour buses would leave then we would go through town to see all the lights and had our favorite place for drinks and desert. In the summer the best thing is to float the Wenatchee river. Leavenworth tubing company will shuttle you up to the drop off location and then you end back in town. Miss it but now we live in Montana and love it even more!
Oh my gosh! I went to that Thousand Trails as a kid. Absolutely loved riding bikes there!!

If in your travels you make it to Georgia, check out the city of Helen.
Helen is a mountain town in northeast Georgia. It's known for its vineyards and Bavarian-style buildings. Unicoi State Park offers a lake and campsites. Trails run through the Chattahoochee National Forest to the Anna Ruby and Raven Cliff waterfalls. In Smithgall Woods State Park, Dukes Creek is known for trout. Hardman Farm State Historic Site includes an 1870 homestead and the Nacoochee Indian Mound burial site.
It's about a 30 minute drive to Dahlonega where you would have to eat at The Smith House. It's a family style restaurant where you sit at tables with people you don't know and they keep bringing out bowls and platters of good southern cooking until you can't eat any more. I hope you can someday make it here. Look Helen and Dahlonega up to see some beautiful pictures.

I love history and trying to picture how things use to be. So many cool and awesome things to see. I also really love how beautiful it is in the Pacific Northwest. Living in Indiana is so blah. We have a town like that in Georgia. It's called Helen. Similar in that changed it to attract visitors.
Y’all need to visit Fredericksburg TX a German founded town that is so cute! Also there’s museums, tons of vineries, a county fair in the summer, a Main Street filled with shops and music scene. Oh and can’t forget the hike up to the top of Enchanted Rock!

Girl, y’all have to make a visit to Black Mesa in Oklahoma for Brody’s sake! There are petrified dinosaur tracks! Plus the state park is a decent place to stay with your Cougar. Although there is not ANYTHING close for any shopping, it’s still a great historical place to visit. Coronado the explorer literally has an autograph on some rocks in this area! Holler at me if you want more info. I think your fam would LOVE the history of this area! So happy for y’all. ❤️

You guys should go back at Christmas time. They have an awesome tree lighting event. There is a RV place in a little town called Rock Island that you should be able to go and I believe there is another one in East Wenatchee. You all should check out that surrounding area. Wenatchee is small but beautiful. They have a lot to do in Wenatchee around Christmas time for kiddos. There is also Chelan and Rocky Reach Sam which I think the kids would enjoy. There is a water park in Chelan and. A public pool in Wenatchee. If you need to know anything else let me know. I know about that area. I lived there for years. Good luck and safe travels.

That town was neat. I diffidently liked the architecture. May I make a small suggestion, when you insert the date and location the contrast made it a bit difficult to read. That is wonderful that you are able to go on adventures as a family while the kids are at that age. As someone that is homebound, I live and take adventurous trips with vloggers like your self though videos like this.

We never even saw them with any adults and they were probably ranging from 9-12 years old, a group of 5 of them. It was pretty crazy. Apparently one of the kids parents worked there or something is what we heard. They were terrorizing the place 😑

We do. So far the ones we have stayed at have been fairly fun down. But the one in palm springs we stayed at for spring break was super nice! They all very. If traveling full time I think it’s worth it but I wouldn’t get a membership just for camping trips.
@@KristenKasper I have seen people say a lot of them were run down. We were thinking of getting it to go full time. I’m only at the beginning stages of planning. We’re a month into talking about it with July 1st being go date (bc of health insurance, my son getting his permit or we’d go now) my oldest doesn’t want to go (she’s 20) so it’s been a hard decision. When your traveling do you notice a lot of teenagers? My son will be 16 by time we leave and with his sister not coming im afraid he won’t meet to many kids. Selling my house is also a hard decision to make. How long did you plan for? Sorry for all the questions lol
