    Very informative. Thank you. I am considering whether to buy Stitch Artist, never having digitised before, but your video makes it seems achievable (and fun!) for someone who is new to the process.

    Loved your video ... the step by step was great. I inflate applique cut outs by 1 mm...works best for me on my Pfaff Creative 3. Good to add that magic wand works on solid colored objects rather than outlines. Thanks so much for doing this

    Hi Kelly, this was great! I'm so disappointed that you don't have any other videos here that are similar. Do you have another website or youtube site that you do more with stitchartist?

    I have a silhouette too, and I want to cut out my appliqués with it. Do you not need to select "pre-cut" when in the appliqué window?

    Thank You so much for your videos! awesome! I have a question, I want to digitize an applique design as a bean stitch applique how would I do that? when you click the applique button it doesn't offer the bean stitch. Thank You so much! Lynn

      LynnandScott Mitchell Hi Lynn! Let me see if I understand. Let's say you want to applique a circle. You have the circle and you selected Applique from the stitches. It gives the placement stitch and then for applique it gives you e-stitch, blanket, satin or zig-zag. No bean stitch. That actually makes sense as all of these stitches ensure your applique is secured. On the frog, I did use a satin stitch. I copied and pasted the design and just switched the second one from applique to the straight stitch and selected bean. (seen this as being popular by official designers out there!) Go like my Sew With Kelly Facebook page - I have posted a screen print there for you to see what I mean!

    Another question. Does my work have to be an appliqué or cannot be just strictly and embroidered design?

    • @KellyStodola
      @KellyStodola  6 лет назад

      L Peralta nope, does not need to be just applique...you would do a full fill.

    I am new to digitizing and am wondering can I scan in my own drawings to digitize? Do you have a tutorial that demonstrates that? If so may I have the link to it ?
