I’m in Wisconsin but I would come down to Florida for a class.
I’m in The Villages, FL. We have so many who would be interested.
Once again you got me! I usually try to predict what your focus point is going to be. I thought the church, but once again you proved me wrong, The church is secondary but the trees are primary, leading your eye to the church.
Wonferful, can feel the Portuguese heat coming off the paper... Lisbon is beautiful too!

Great video...I love the different and vibrant colours you used for the shadows, as opposed to grey, and the blending of the trees, it made a bright and happy painting, and would make any of your followers want to go on a trip the the Algarve

When the door frame and door were painted OVER the shadow on the wall the result was subtle and perfect.
I learned something there. The yellow/purple complements are stunning.

I would SO love to visit Portugal. Family on my dad’s side are from Madeira. The ones who migrated to Maui started a pineapple plantation. That’s where my grandma was born, in Hana, Maui, Hi. Then her family moved to the USA, and she married my grandpa. It would be lovely to see all their stomping grounds!

I was in Portugal many years ago, including Lagos, and I bought a few watercolour prints for souvenirs. I did give this tutorial a go, and I'm very pleased with the results, especially since I now have a remembrance of my trip that I painted myself! Thank you, Paul. I wish I could join you for the lessons in October.
