I suspect there was no foul play. I lived in Corpus and remember gators inhabiting the drainage canals just like the one shown in the young man’s last photo.
This is a graywater (toilet wastewater) line. most likely a newborns remains flushed down. if it is Caleb someone had to have access to the man hole door and lock to have put him in that way.

I do wonder how often they check the well. if it is an adult it could be Caleb or one of the other several missing people in CC. and if it was a homicide by a employee of the waterplant or city or whatever, how many times have they done this and got away with it... My mind will continue with wondering and questions if i keep on thinking about it. Just gotta wait and see.

He must have fallen in the uncovered Man hole 🕳️ ! That night he went out walking around the same spot ! At the bridge last picture ? But he went to see a car 🚗 car accident on that street it was on his video could be walking back home he slip in the ditch and couldn't get out !!😢 After all they were drinking that night! Prayers for the family ❤️
Now keep a very close eye in his social security number. Somebody is probably going to become him. It's a sick world we live in ppl. Anything to try and be someone your not just to be in this country.

His family did NOT confirm it was him, the remains are still currently unidentifiable. His dad only confirmed that human remains were found in CC. 🙄
