The Clippers are cursed simply because of their spineless exit out of Buffalo damn near 50 years ago. Look up how they tore down a roster which could’ve competed for Championships just to lower attendance and move to San Diego. Fired a HOF coach, lucked into the 3rd spot in the draft and picked Adrian Dantley who could’ve been paired with Bob Mcadoo and Randy Smith which would’ve been the most dominant 1-2-3 in the East all to trade Dantley to lower fan interest even more.
When you act in such a lowlife fashion to screw over fans that stench stays on you for a while l.

Definitely possible Kawhi doesn’t really care about winning, but him constantly getting injured during postseason time is bad luck imo
For me it's just the injury bug hittin kawhi, he plays great when he's healthy which shows he does wants to win, he gave in to a smaller contract compared to the max contract he wanted so that the team could have more space money wise.

@GatCat It’s all a matter for availability for the teams leader which is kawhi. So long as he is available and atleast one of the two(PG or Harden) is available they can pull through. Without kawhi they just can't do much more than that sadly. Because the best ability to have is availability and that is sadly what kawhi doesn't have. If i were him i'd spend as much as LeBron is spending on rehab, as much as he's had so many wear and tears on his knee, as a phsyical therapist I can't see how a few million won't help his injury bug. Hoping for next season they're all healthy all throughout the Season and post season

2013: Chris Paul blows 2-0 series lead (2nd time it happened and it wouldn't be the last), lost in 6 to the Grizzlies, Blake got hurt in Game 4.
2014: Lost to the Thunder in the Conference Semifinals, controversial ending in Game 5, ended up losing Game 6 as well, ending their season.
2015: Blew a 3-1 lead in the Conference Semifinals, including an 18 point lead in Game 6, which was a home game.
2016: Blew another 2-0 series lead, this time to the Blazers. Chris Paul and Blake Griffin got hurt, the Clippers lost the series in 6.
2017: Lost to the Jazz in Round 1 in 7 games, Blake Griffin suffers a toe injury that would keep him out of the series.
2020: Lost to Denver in the Conference Semifinals, blew another 3-1 lead, which included blowing a double digit lead in games 5-7.
2021: Overcame a 2-0 deficit against the Jazz, including a 25 point deficit at home in Game 6 to reach first ever Conference Finals in franchise history, but they lost Kawhi in Game 4, and the entirety of the following season.
2022: The team was already without Kawhi Leonard, but then they lost Paul George due to COVID Protocol rules for their 2nd play-in game. Despite playing at home, they'd lose to the Pelicans and be eliminated.
2023: Paul George gets hurt towards the end of the regular season, then Kawhi gets hurt after Game 2 in the first round, the Clippers would lose the series in 5.
2024: Kawhi gets hurt towards the end of the regular season and is only able to play two games against the Mavs in round 1, Dallas would win the series in 6 games.
To a Rockets team led by Josh Smith and Cory Brewer as Harden got benched.
What would happen next year as the 5 years are done hahha

They’ve had some of the best players and coaches, and still can’t get anything done…they gotta be cursed
The only reason the Clippers became relevant in the first place was because David Stern nixed the CP3 trade to the Lakers.
If things had proceeded as they were supposed to, it would have been Kobe and CP3 running LA together, which would have meant less minutes for Kobe in 2013 and no Achilles tear. Likewise, they wouldn’t have had Dwight bail on them later, because he could have seen a future in LA with CP3 once Kobe were to retire.
Instead, the Clippers wasted the prime years of CP3 and never gave him a realistic shot of winning a title, while it took the Lakers 8 years to become an elite team again.
The Clippers had good enough teams to compete with CP, specifically in 2015… they just choked and let the Warriors run the west for the next couple of years

James Harden and Westbrook have always been big playoff let downs. Kawhi Leonard has always been injury prone, physical and mental and was never a leader on court. PG13 is also not an alpha, not a leader. This combo never felt like a championship team, just a bunch of players hoping one another's individual talents could carry them to a championship.

I honestly think that Kawhi has been at an injured enough level to have retired, either after the Toronto championship or a couple years later when he suffered a major injury in the playoffs. When it comes to availability, I think he’s only worth a high level roll player contract. If he was in another era, injuries would have ended his career already; maybe even before he won that second championship.

Its Sad the way Blake Griffin fell off with all them injuries from his genetic makeup. Which thats the European part of his bones which never held up well. I remember when i would play NBA2k12 and 13 and people would always pick the Clippers and i would always pick the Heat and smoke them 😂😂. Winning alot of money these was good times crazy that was 11 or 12 years ago. I think they should change the rules for any NBA Top pick to get injured and win a Rookie of the year award the sophomore year. Cheating real rookies of the season like how Ben Simmons did to Donovan Mitchell who actually played and deserved it that season they gave it to a man who barely and rarely showed any effort that same season after his injury. No way Blake Griffin gets rookie of the year that season.
