Tijuana driving interview with Alfredo part 2, we drive from Zona Norte across to Libertad, the location of much of the cross border traffic we search the spots where the migrants get through or over the wall. We cover the current state of play of the cartels in Tijuana, the fighting between CJNG and Sinaloa in the eastern Tijuana colonias, and get Alfredo's take on Mexican politics and why Morena is on such a win streak.

The cartels are directly responsible for the migrant and drug (especially fentanyl) crises that are plaguing the country.
Illegal drug overdoses have killed over 100,000 Americans in each of the last 4 years.
If we don't understand what is happening south of the border, and what the cartels are doing, what hope do we have of solving the problems?
