Just started to watch this and like the anchor detail/function. I have always thought how noisy dropping the anchor must be to the forward cabin, master or not. This is a clever design. The yacht has great packaging. Always like attention to detail, it shows the builders care.

Dear Captain, a great video again! This boat looks awesome! I am really impressed by the layout and the design concept. Don't like very much the hull color and the high gloss woods but it is only a matter of taste.
A beautiful yacht, the workmanship, especially of the wood work is outstanding, with an aluminium hull it would be perfect.

Amazing boat. I'd be concerned about heavy following seas with the master where it is, but then you're not taking one of these off Iceland. I love the look. Sandro was a particular persons point of view while this is more general - in a good way. I love the mix of classic and modern. Vicem makes very interesting boats. They look like US downeasters but are made in Turkey

When the Captain says that "we didn't have quality like this on AWOL, not even close to the new owners of the same company but in name only but different owners and management. Well, now that's saying that the new owners are excellent in what they do without exception. I apologize Captain because with that statement I LMFO, but your honesty was refreshing.
Quality is reflected in the materials, craftsmanship and man hours. The Lazzara is a premium high quality yacht which takes more time to build. This will reflect in the price. If we compare the price per GT between AWOL and Lazzara, then AWOL will come out at a lesser price but you're compromising on the finishing and materials used. Ultimately its all down to what the client wants and what they're willing to pay.

Excellent video as usual, stunning craft. My only concern would be the master cabin being close to the engines.
It’s a cracking vessel, I’m curious to know why your concerned about having the master cabin next to the engine room. It’s actually more common than most people realise. Just need to take a look at the GA’s on similar size and styled yachts.

@@paulmknight Your concern makes sense but I think the reality is that 99% of the time when the owner is sleeping onboard the engines are off and the bvessel is either at anchor or docked.
one thing that bugged me, and i do love your videos, is the constant "yes, mhm, yep, yeahs" when the lady is trying to give presentation of the interior, I understand you want to acknowledge what she is saying but, it doesnt always need to be followed up with so much "yes yes yes yes" it gets in the way of her speaking and presentation of the yacht. it also is kind of unprofessional and shows disinterest, as around 17:50 you really seemed to not take too much interest in it which is fine, its just the vibes you gave off in that moment. other than that bro great vid i love lil yachts like this and am glad you covered this for us!
This is the most innovative and well design boat of this class I've ever seen. Not only is there a giant beach club on this little boat, but it also connects to the master with a sliding glass door???
What's the price tag?
The interiors are truly luxurious. The furnishing should keep deeply in mind a permanent concern don't accidentally scratch the varnished wood panels. 😄However the design is stunning and as for making it's simply the piece of art. The master cabin is paradise. But the motor compartment is surprisingly small for the vessel of given size. It makes a bit troublesome the procedure of servicing the engines.
Do they use dry ice blasting to clean the bottom of the boats if they were to get full of barnacles?
That will be down to the cleaning company not necessarily yacht builders.

I don't care for the bow design on these boats. Looks like a Pardo design. Everything else looks great. The tour guide did a great job, love the wine rack.

This yacht can easily be owner operated but their is a small cabin for a captain if required. 3 guests cabins and 1 crew cabin.

I'm not yet convinced on a non flared bow in rough weather against or in a following sea.

Thai yacht could easily be owner operator. Otherwise just a captain will be enough.
Cool owners cabin. But not sure it has never been done before. Didn´t Wally do something similar with their Terrace on the Sea some 15 years or so ago? I seem to remember that some of those did have the owners cabin there for a very similar effect (seem being the operative word).
You’re right, owners cabin is very cool, yes you’re right Wally did do something similar, I think Deniz was referring that it hasn’t been done do a boat of the size and I don’t think the Wally had the folding balconies. Either way it’s a stunning yacht.

I was actually disappointed. Other than the Master Bedroom Beach Club, I'd prefer the old version of the boat. The beige leather interior was very dated for 2023.

I have to admit I have mixed feelings over the yacht . It is stunning but I am not sure how practical for owner operators but only time will tell on that .
Master cabin is amazing but way to much leather in VIP cabin . Love to hear the price to see what stacks up against it . Can't help thinking you are going to get a larger Princess for the same money .

Price, we’re looking at just under $6m. Yes you could get a bigger Princess but the build standards and quality are incomparable. Like comparing a Ford to a Bentley. By the way, I think Princess build great boats but just aimed at a different cliental.

I'll add that upon reflection there was one aspect of this review that I really didn't like. It was the badmouthing of the earlier Lazzara Yachts. They were very well known for their quality. If this yacht makes its case for being good by running down some other yacht or version then that doesn't speak well of the new owners. If this really is a better boat than the older Lazzaras or current San Lorenzos do these cost more? If you're buying twice the boat you can expect to pay twice the price. If you're not then you have to wonder what are you NOT being told?
Let me make 1 thing very clear, nowhere in the video did I bad mouth Lazzara. What I said is that the new owners have improved and Brought the brand to a new level. This is my opinion, which if anyone should have one on this matter, it's me. I spent 8 years living and working on a Lazzara as Captain, completing charters all over the Mediterranean Sea. I never said that San Lorenzo or the old Lazzara's was bad, I said the new Lazzara is better. If you don't agree with my opinion, that's your right but don't put words in my mouth. That is a slippery slope.
