- This DIY Baby Taggie Lovie was meant to be an added bonus at the end of the "How to sew a self-binding blanket" Video but I found it was just way too long ... bonus for you now it has it own video.
For this project all the fabrics used were scraps from the original blanket. This is a great little project to have a a portable sensory blanket/toy. I have placed 6 ribbons on this one but you can add as many or as few as you would like. I have also added a snap to facilitate tying it to the stroller or car seat. You could even make this from an old blanket or attachment item.

Love this thank you! They turned out great! How do you wash the wood rings? Do they need decorated with coconut oil?
They can be washed with a mild soap on a damp towel. I wouldn't submerge them as they are wood. After washing they would need a new coating of coconut oil for protection.
