I use icecream cups since they have lids so you can use those as bottom plates when sowing in the cup. Also you can nest them to save space when unused.

Im a nursing students before joining nursing i keep watching your video its inspired me a lot. First of all i convinced myself, its ok you can work as a nurse and as well as you can growing plants in hostel.. But unfortunatly I can't love my profession my profession is far away from me, now i wanted to live for plants and to become a environmentalist, and attached to nature im going to fight for my way to become a environmentalist and do something for this nature in my future i can cherish my dreams all credit goes to you. Thank you for the clear video. I find blowing a fan nearby the seeds helps offset fungal diseases. It also has the benefit to strengthen the stems of the young plants.

One of the advantages of using a seedling tray is succession planting. I usually do this with palak and knol khol. You save almost 3 weeks of the germination phase and keep the grow bag productive. In the case of knol khol, 3 weeks before harvesting the bulb, i start seeds in a tray so that I harvested and instantly there is the next plant to take over
