    On difficult days I visualize me with a big phone ringing you up Dan: ‘hello painfree- you? It’s painfree- me here’😄
    I always have to giggle with my own ‘ stupidity’ and that calms my symptoms down instantly!
    But the visual of painfree- me is not stupid, it’s my future!!
    And everyone else here too!
    Have a lovely Easter-Monday ❤

    Hey folks, after a few tough days I woke up early and went to the coffee shop. I really didn’t feel like it. ( mornings are always the worst). After that I went to get groceries, then post office. When I got back home at noon, I noticed the symptoms were greatly decreased compared to same time yesterday. The hardest door to get out is your own front door but the rewards are great!

    I needed this reminder Dan. I had a really long awesome stretch of feeling amazing- about 10 months of minimal symptoms!!! And the past few days I’ve had my tms greatest hits flaring!! I totally freaked out and panicked at first. I’m truly grateful for my PFY soul sisters who gave me the pep talks I needed to get out of complete frustration. I don’t think I could do life without them! Also I opened up my journal to notes on your “exiting the storm” video which was exactly what I needed. Symptoms are still going but I’m getting my mindset back and leaning into safety. I know I am not going back to square one and I’ll be back to my deadlifts in no time. “I can sit calmly in the storm because I KNOW IT WILL PASS!”

    Been having alot of family stressors lately, and it's good to be reminded that those things don't have to cause me physical pain or panic mode. Calm and graceful, trusting God will work it all out, knowing that I don't have to figure everything out....being able to let go of that control and just allow things to be. Emotions are safe to feel. It's ok❤

      Try somatic tracing. It did it for me. It is safr to feel emotions. Make sure you tell yourself it is oke to feel amgery, sad,.. but the trick is to release them afterwards. Go in to body and stay with tje emotion without the story attacjed to it. Sitting with it without judging is or resisting it tells your brain and body that it is safe. And you notice your body release it.

    I'd love to see a "top 5 things to do" video on first steps for dealing with an issue such as sitting causes pain, or a specific gym exercise causes pain. For example even though I 100 % believe i have tms, my body still hurts doing specific things. Should i do them gently carefully so as to teach and convince my system that it is tms? Love your videos, amazing content.

    • @PainFreeYou
      @PainFreeYou  8 месяцев назад

      The brain is perceiving poor sleep as danger and that's what is causing symptoms. Change the story, lose the fear. Trust your body will be fine whether there is enough sleep or not. Take the pressure off yourself to sleep well. Allow it to happen. Try not to fear a bad night sleep as fear often prevents sleep. It's all about creating safety.

    Hello Dan, firstly thank you your daily videos🙏 I have sitting pain/tightening after 20-25mins (varies/day) or at standing up movement after longer sitting. After I stand up/walk the pain suddenly goes away. When the pain comes can't sit much more, have to move. Had a cyst surgery one year ago when the above symptoms began. Can it be TMS now? According the assessment - yes; but still confused bit, unfortunately i am not getting much better yet.
