So helpful! Bless you! I needed to know QUICK how to revert back to the old Acrobat after my company switched to new version. Your video, especially part about "Disable New Acrobat..." , was right on time! 🕛
omg, you are my hero. I use Acrobat all day in my job and this new update was driving me nuts. And since my job is saving animals, you just saved a bunch too! Thank you!!!!!
They took away the previous page button so now I have to scroll through hundreds of pages to get back to my place after clicking on a footnote link. I have reverted to old version and am trying to turn off auto updates.
Oh no! It's hard when things get moved around. You can still use the keyboard shortcut to go to the previous viewed page. It is ALT+left arrow key. Hope that can help!
The name "Adobe Acrobat Update" is weird and confusing. Because there is exists "Adobe Acrobat Update Service" and this video might means how to enable and disable that service. But it actually isn't. Correct name is "Acrobat New Version".
It should be on the top left corner. It will have 3 lines under it. If you still can't see the "menu", try pressing F8 or F9 to make the menu bar appear.
@@nataliecalia3781 Great! Yes, the menu on Mac looks different because I’m on Windows. The menu on Mac is under where it says “Adobe Acrobat”, if I remember correctly.
